Nice little grill. Have had it a few months. Heats up quickly. Have cooked steaks, burgers and hot dogs. All have come out well.

Product tray came bent. I also have concerns about wire attachment to gas. Wire is exposed and when i brought this issue up advisor said it's okay. I've looked at other grills and wire is not exposed.

My experience and the operating instructions indicate it only uses the 14.1 and 16.4 bottles, rather than more readily available 16.0 bottles.

Amazing little grill, Perfect for two people! We love the grill and it travels well. Lightweight and easy to use. The one we have needs a bit of a longer regulator so it would be easier to screw on the propane tank. The tank lasted longer than we thought it would so that's great. It's light weight and doesn't take up much room. The only thing that would make this better is if there was a washable carrying case or container.

This is an excellent little grill for one to three people, taking up little space but cooling meat to perfection. The grill grates are easy to to remove and clean up easily.

Great little grille. Takes hardly any space and you don't have to wrestle with a big gas tank, yet it provides enough heat to leave those authentic barbecue stripes on meat and veggies. Real easy to clean, too, with a grease collection pan that has a replaceable foil insert. Plus there's a handy cover to keep the dust and dew off. It suits our needs perfectly.

Great small portable grill. I took this camping and served well about 16 people two meals a day. It had gotten very dirty by the end of the long weekend but cleaned nice and easily at the end. Highly recommend it and you can also get the hose adaptor to use the larger propane tanks.

The Q1000 is not cheap for a small grill, but the thoughtful design and quality has me very pleased with my purchase. I've used it on the tailgate of my truck, and on our patio table. At full heat, the surface it's sitting on is not hot at all, so it's safe to use wherever I want. Also, the design of the porcelain coated grates prevents flareups, and clean up nicely with soap and warm water. The grease catch pan is well designed and stays put when moving or transporting the grill. All in all, great grill that I would buy again in a heartbeat!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
