Regulator, I'm forced to assume, quit allowing gas flow after the 5th usage of the grill. I tried for months to get Weber to tell me what the problem could be. They sent me numerous copies of "How to light the grill". No further information. Finally they (YOU) sent a 3 or 4 step test, The last line of which was try using a match!!!! Without gas to the burner, the match will not provide enough heat to grill anything I know of!! I told weber we live in Argentina and there are NO Weber representatives in Argentina. We had purchased the unit when we were in the States in August and brought it back as "luggage". We wanted it that bad. ( No one in Argentina manufactures a gas grill that will operate other than very uneven heat or often no heat. We and friends tried several with poor or no luck).

This is the easiest grill to use that I have ever owned. My fear of using propane gas has been erased due to the simple instructions of installing propane to the grill. I feel safe. The finish on the grill plates makes cleaning a breeze! I am a cook who is not fond of cooking but love grilling! I HIGHLY recommend this grill to anyone who love quick meals and easy cleanup!

Nice size grill sadly only one burner to control heat…purchase the flat grill inserts and even on low heat eggs are immediately scorched, would be nice for better heat control

I bought this Weber grill over 10 months ago and now the regulator isn't allowing the gas to go through the valve. This was a replacement for an older Weber grill that had the same problem. The gas output seems to decrease with usage to now there is none.

Only issue I have, the right handle doesn't allow your hand to grab it. The propane hook up and regulator are in the way, could only use my finger tips to move it.

Great little grill Got this to replace the same model, which was at least 20 years old, after it apparently began to leak propane at the gauge. It had been used a lot over 20+ years and I was sorry to see it die, but happy to replace it with the same model. At 72, I don't expect to buy another one!

Heat is a little hard to control. Even on low it still burns fairly hot and will burn the food if you are not turning it constantly

Bought this for use on my small deck. Does a great job grilling. Plenty of space to cook for a small group. Like the heavy duty dual grates which are easy to wash in the sink.

In all my 70+ years, this is the easiest, handiest, and heaviest tabletop grill I've ever owned and I just love it! I can take it with me to use at the park for family picnics rather than hauling charcoal and using a provided grill that hasn't been cleaned. If there were a "ten star" this grill would earn it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
