This Skytech Safety Pilot Kit is designed to provide a safe, reliable, user-friendly remote control system for your gas heating appliances. This kit is intended for indoor use on 18 to 30-inch vented natural gas log sets only. Kit includes a remote with 5 buttons (On, Off, Hi, Lo and Continuous Pilot On/Off). The Hi/Lo function allows to adjust infinitely variable flame height from remote. All proper clearances must be observed, and installation should be performed by a qualified technician. This safety pilot kit is divided into two pre-assembled and ready-to-install sections, the gas valve box and the switch box. Place each box on separate sides of your gas log burner pan. The remote control receiver for this split series kit is part of the control module. The two boxes are connected with a hi-temperature wiring harness, and are designed to make it easier to center your gas log set. This AFVK-SP Series valve kit has a 100,000 maximum BTU capability. An optional propane conversion kit is available and sold separately. It is recommended that a qualified professional check your heating system (valve operation, pilot operation, switch operation, damper operation, and visual check of the burner and gas connections for leaks) once a year. Kit includes: Valve box, Switch box, Installation instructions, RS-1A Heat Shield, Transmitter (Remote), Damper Clamp, 4 AA Batteries, 1 12-Volt Battery, and Flex Connector. The three-button remote has an on, off, and continuous pilot on/off function. Dimensions (in inches): 5 3/4 D X 2 3/4 W X 5 3/4 H.

Save your moneyI purchased this product thinking I was getting the top of the line. I hired a plumber to install it and it worked great at first, then it started turning itself off after a few second, relighting, turning off, relighting, turning off, continuously. I complained and at first the BBQ guys were very responsive, if not overly aggressive, they asked for a video of what it was doing.
