I've been able to grill a number of things so much easier than before - I've roasted veggies, shrimp, and potatoes so far. All delicious! Easy to season in this basket without losing flavor. It's also super easy to clean as I found I was not getting food stuck, plus it's dishwasher safe. | Really makes a differenceBefore I had this basket I was using tinfoil to try and grill my veggies. Now I've used the roasting basket twice and it's a game changer. The first time I did roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary. The potatoes outside were crispy while the insides were creamy. Perfect! The second time I did asparagus. YUM!
