This Sunpentown Convection Oven uses the latest in heating technology to bake, grill, roast and steam in a fraction of the time of a regular oven. Nano-Carbon Fiber and FIR (Far Infared) technologies provide deep heat penetration and instant heating allowing you to brown foods evenly and quickly while retaining nutrients, sear meats to seal in juices and cook food with out defrosting. This Sunpentown Convection Oven can reach 392 degrees F in 10 minutes, has instant response to manual temperature changes and includes a 60 minute timer. Dual fan heat distribution is powered by a 2000 RPM motor and produces no unsavory soot or smoke. Wok base is constructed of durable Teflon and designed to use to bake or to stove top cook.
