Things We Love:
The Zwilling Pro line of knives from J. A. Henckels is an evolution of their classic knife design. We love the half-bolster on these, which allows us to use the full length of the blade when cutting while allowing for a secure, comfortable grip. Each knife is forged from a single piece of Henckels' proprietary steel before being ice-hardened using Henckels FRIODUR process, making them exceptionally durable and corrosion resistant. All of the Zwilling Pro knives have their edges laser checked for precision, ensuring excellent edge retention, which we love. The classic triple riveted handles feel great in our hands and the full tang on these knives make them incredibly well balanced. This collection features a modest assortment of traditional blade designs and sizes to choose from.
Things To Consider:
These knives feature a half-bolster which allows you to use and sharpen the full knife edge, however people who are use to knives with a full bolster may have to become accustomed to the sharp point at the back of the blade.
