| Solid Griddle, Really UsefulGot this griddle a few weeks ago and it's been a great addition to my BBQ setup. The cast iron heats up evenly, so I get a consistent cook every time. Flipping it over to use the flat side for pancakes and the ridged side for meat is a game-changer. Easy to clean too, just a quick scrub and it's good to go. The weight is heavy, but that's expected with cast iron, and it actually helps with heat retention. Fits well in my Kamado Joe and I haven't had any issues with warping or anything.
