This griddle is an exact fit in our Napoleon Prestige Pro 550. It's the perfect size for my wife and I to make 4 smash burgers (for two double-decker burgers) while leaving more than half the grill still available for regular grilling. (We leave it installed full-time) Heats up quickly and evenly. Cleanup is easy. We use it at least once a week.

One page of the site says it is glossy on the side with ridges and matte on the smooth side... what I received is glossy on both sides. Something about that smooth side being glossy doesn't seem right, it doesn't feel right when cooking on it. I was expecting it to be more like my cast iron skillets. I mostly use the smooth side and I noticed that the other side seems to have porcelain "dripping" spots. Did that happen when it was made or is that happening when I'm using it wavy side down? Either way, I'm not loving it and would like to find a replacement...

I love the versatility the Napoleon griddles allow me to have with my grill. I've had my Napoleon and I've used the griddle to make pancakes for breakfast, smash burgers, tortillas, and next up for me are Philly cheese steaks! They are incredibly easy to change out, clean, and store. The Napoleon griddle grates are must to add to your grilling arsenal.

I added this to my prestige 500 and could not be happier! I did not have to buy a whole griddle grill taking up more space. This accessory made it easy to make Oklahoma onion burgers, cheese steaks, breakfast, etc. it fits right into where the grill grates are and gives me great temperature control since it sits right over the burners. Excellent product and I highly recommend!

This was on my Christmas wishlist and the wife bought it for me. Best gift of the year! I love the flexibility it gives me to cook either the grooved side or smooth and the drain holes make for perfectly cooked food! I've done veggies, bacon, omelettes, smash burgers and even used it as a warming tray. The opportunities are endless. It's a perfect fit in my grill with grates on or off.

Asked by Edward | Answered by Wesleyyeah I got one for my build in 825 if fits fine, it's the same size as the wavy grate. You just swap one of the grates out for it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
