I specifically bought this model because it was exactly what I wanted. I have had one before and I love the product. I did have one issue. The grill came with two right hand grill plates. I have called the manufacturer and have yet to have this issue resolved. It really doesn't affect the function of the grill so I have been using it as is.

I think the Hibachi grill is excellent if you're cooking for just a couple of people. It's quick and easy to use and unlike most other grills, you can adjust cooking temperatures by raising and lowering the grilling grates (3 different levels). Spray a little cooking-oil over the cast iron occasionally, and the grill will last a long,long time. The only real problem I have with the Hibachi is the handle design for the cooking grates. The grates are cast iron (heavy) but the piece that attaches the grate to the wooden handle is thin aluminum and can't support much weight. Hence, after a short while, that aluminum piece begins to bend and loosen and finally, it breaks. If this was corrected, then, what a perfect little grill you would have!

I live in a tiny apartment, and have to grill in my parking space. When the grill cools down, I just carry it back upstairs and store it in the kitchen, under the table. It's great!

The hibachi takes relatively little charcoal to produce a nice hot fire that burns for a relatively long time. No lighter fluid is necessary and the smoke flavor really comes through. You can grill very close to the flames or adjust the height of the grills to cook more slowly. There are two separate grilling surfaces so you can mix it up, and you can adjust the amount of air on the coals which in turn affects the height of the flames. Best of all, it's very light and portable, can fit in a small space, and is easy to clean up after. It's not big and cumbersome and doesn't leave behind a lot of ash.

Why fill up that big BBQ with coal when you can use this size grill? Once the coals are honed you can bring this tableside and relax. Excellent for appetizers The adjustable racks are truly the biggest perk!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
