Ultimate Patio products are warrantied to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This includes both parts and labor, but does not include transportation costs. This warranty does not cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance or use in a commercial application.

Bought this grill with my fiance, who does the cooking, and he absolutely loves it. We use this when it is just the two of us eating, instead of having to use the big green egg which is way too big for just cooking for the two of us. This is very easy to use for beginners, and very well made. Highly recommend!

I grew up in Hawaii and hibachi style grills are all I knew at the time. I recently realized that I was wasting precious charcoal when grilling for one or two. Started searching and found this grill and I love it. Looks great and is perfect for my needs. I have cooked salmon and shrimp the last two nights and is has been great!! Highly recommended.

Nice little grill for a couple of people. Good grate for cooking, decent air control and nice stand included. Really hard to beat this grill for the price, great value. BTW, DO NOT GET THE GRILL WET, no glazing.

Molded sold clay fire pit with ceramic grates. Bottom metal frame with legs, and top wire cook top. Heavy and looks like it will use little charcoal to cook a small meal. 2 steaks, burgers etc. Ribs would need to be portioned to fit the grill. Great packaging.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
