Bought this girl a year ago and after the first use the grates rusted. I called customer service Who told me it was my fault for not seasoning the greats properly ( absolutely not true) they sent a replacement set, which also rusted out

My husband loves this grill and he is particular about his grills. It has replaced his old ones. We were also impressed with how quickly it got here. We live in Alaska and usually have to wait a long time to get anything. Reasonably priced and the shipping costs didn't kill us either.

Overall satisfied with the grill. I'm cheap but my wife convinced me to splurge. Package arrived well packed. Was surprisingly shocked how heavy the box was. Assembly was ok however who provides 11mm nuts and bolts for assembly. FYI, most standard wrench sets don't come with 11mm. You will need an open end or box wrench to tighten the side handle bolts. Now for the curious part. Why would you manufacture the legs with plastic end caps that are bolted to the firebox??? My melted while seasoning the grill. Overall, the grill does what it does.

Have had the Rambler grill now 4 years. Cooks great. Have it on a roller tool caddy. However the charcoal tray has warped. Can I get a replacement?

Have had this Rambler for a couple years now and love it but for one major thing. Your can not find replacement gratel in the original. All coment reply to this is your supposed to take care of them better. a very sad approach to customer service. I will go elsewhere even though I loved this grill until I wanted to replace the grates.

Outstanding portable grill to take on the go wherever you want high-quality steel and easy to assemble I love smoking Joe's quality everything about it. I have all of their accessories I have pellet grills as well. This little guy is one of the best grills I've ever purchased for camping. It's meant mostly for charcoal, but you can burn wood in here with a nice hot bed of coals.

Hinges broke opening the grill. Very disappointed as I own other products and never had a problem. Only had grill for 3 years and have not used that often only on trips. Love the grill but is useless to me now

Absolutely love this grill. It heats up super quickly, but if you leave a small area without coals it works perfectly: you have a super hot area, and an indirect heat area. Very easy to clean as well with the cast iron grates just perfect. The size of the Rambler also makes it mobile. Fits in the trunk of a car to take out.

The cast iron grids rusted out after one year, under the cover and out of weather. Can't get any help other than finding a stainless grid elsewhere so I can cook again. Beware Poor quality.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
