Great grill for cooking for up to four people. Only complaint I have is it doesn't have a lid. It could even be an option. It would make smoking easier. I will use disposable foil plans but have to be careful that they don't blow away!

Great size for a couple of city dwellers; our old Weber was just too big. I may have my carpenter friend replace the handles with a harder wood like walnut or olive. They haven't failed yet but are not well made like the rest of the grill, which is cast iron.

I've been in love with hibachi grills since college. It travelled with me where ever my job took me. I LOVE MY HIBACHI ! I LOVE THIS HIBACHI ! It's almost similar to the one I had, the only difference is that my old one had a lid where I could smoke briskets or anything that wasn't moving. Say Hello to Lakesha for me- she made this sale so pleasant and fun. What a great person she turned out to be for your company- professional AND a sense of humor- we need more of her, also.

This little jewel is well made. It's EXACTLY what we needed. Wanted adjustable cast iron grates for searing steaks. We have it in our motor home. Price was not an issue. We wanted Excellent performance that would be compact & light weight. Easy and perfect for Char Broiled T Bones or Rib eyes, burgers or chops require high heat. This is it! We carry a charcoal chimney starter. Put a couple of sheets of newspaper in the lower chamber, fill the upper chamber with briquettes, light the paper, and 15 minutes later, the charcoal is glowing white. Ready to grill to perfection. I keep a small spray bottle of water for flare ups from grease drips. It's super easy to store too. Forget Gas, forget big grills!

I bought this for my husband who was looking for one just like he remembers his dad using. It is exactly like the hibachis of years past and he absolutely loves it!

good grill perfect for my apt we don;t much room here balcony real small goog quality everything went together perfect good and sturdy will be great for winter i eat BBQ year round thankyou for good product.

I am so excited to received my new Cast Iron Hibachi Charcoal BBQ today. Although it is 110 degrees outside, I am just dying to use it right now. I can think of nothing that would taste better than an old fashioned Hamburger like I used to have when I lived in Metairie, LA. I wish I could invite all of you over to enjoy it with me. I had to have a friend weld the crack in the side of the grill when it arrived. It looked to me that it was a defect in the metal, as the shipping boxes were in perfect condition. I also had to grind down one of the grates so that it would fix into the bracket correctly.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
