I've had this for 2 years and have cooked loads of meals on it. I still love it. It heats fast, cooks fast, can do hot and fast grilling and even some slower cooking. Just did two 3 lbs TRI tips and, while tight it worked and did it beautifully. It's easy to clean and small enough to use in a fire ring or on the tailgate. Now, the handles, hot as hades, you aren't lifting without a oven mitt or thermal bbq gloves. I mean it borders on dangerous how hot they get some times. My 22 kettle at home only has this issue if cooking at the high end of the range so it was shocking the first time I noticed it. Problem 2, the grate as others pointed out is flush with the top and has two large spaces on either side. So either A you lose a dog to the fire or B lose a dog to the ground, either way not fun. Other then those two issues I'm glad I bought this and would again.

New plastic handles replace the old wooden handles. The plastic handles get very hot, especially the lid handle, and require the use of a hot glove or mitt. This is totally unsatisfactory.

Not a bad little grill, but there's nothing to stop average, American size hotdogs from rolling loud through the sides of the grill into the fire. Keep in mind this is the kind of grill that she would be grilling hotdogs on

This is a great little camping and tailgating grill. Heats up quickly, and with multiple side and top vents it gives you the ability to cook a variety of foods. The size is perfect for 2-3 people, and you can even cook for more people if you do multiple sessions. The reasons I deducted 1 star... All the handles get hot AF when grilling so you must use grill gloves or pot holders. The side vents are tricky to adjust while cooking and hard to open/close. There is no "lip" to prevent food from rolling off the grill plate when open/closing the lid. Lastly, I've burnt myself more using this grill over the past 3 weeks than I have on my Jumbo Joe and Deluxe Performer grills that I've had for years. Still though, if you are in the market for a small, rectangular charcoal grill for camping, tailgating, or picnicking. This is a great option.

I always grilled with Weber and was never disappointed. Just purchased this cute little go anywhere charcoal grill and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble. I'm sure the grilling will be an enjoyment as well. Thank you Weber for making such a quality product... that lasts.

This grill is compact enough to travel with without taking up too much space, yet potent, and it heats up to 450~500F in a brief period of time (when a chimney is used to ignite the coals). It maintains temperature well, and the vents/flues are easy to adjust during cooking. With the addition of cast iron griddles/grates, this is a versatile at home/travel oven and we look forward to using it frequently, both at home and when traveling.

So far, this has been the perfect portable grill. It offers a large cooking surface, but the legs fold up and over the lid making it surprisingly compact and secure for transport. It's also very solid and the fact that the lid can rest on the back of the grill (instead of on the ground) when needed is an added plus.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
