It was time to replace the old propane grill that was too large for my needs, so I decided to return to charcoal grilling. The Weber 18" is the perfect size for my needs, as I usually am grilling for one and sometimes for small groups. The air vents help with cooking and it's super easy to drop the ashes for disposal. The little collection tray that comes with the grill is inadequate, so I simply set an old porcelain pan on it to collect the ashes. Easy peasy. Nothing against propane, but I am loving cooking with charcoal and wood chips for hamburgers, angus beef dogs, salmon, veggies, maybe more. I wanted a small grill to store in the garage when not in use and this goes through the service door with room to spare. The Weber grill is a quality product…my first Weber and I am thrilled with it.

I think I made a good selection I've always wanted a Weber Grill but I think I should have gotten a 22 inch instead of a 18 but I'm going to enjoy just the same I have not used it yet but I'm going to real soon 💯

I bought this because I wanted to use charcoal instead of gas. It's just right and surprised me with the features it has. Worked great. I am impressed with the little grill.

I'm very happy with the Weber 18" grill, holds the heat well and has plenty of room for XL lump charcoal. I've only had hamburgers and T-Bones so far, both were great. Will try smoking pork once I've learned how to control the temperature, it rises to 300+ really quick. I don't have the problem with the handle on the lid getting hot as mentioned in some of the older reviews but it appears the newer models have a heat shield that solved the problem. I recommend watching a YouTube video on assembly, it will save you time and eliminate problems, takes about 15 minutes with the video help.

We moved to a small patio home and I tried a popular pellet grill and it lasted one season before breaking. I went back to basics, an 18" Weber charcoal and am glad I did. It just works and performs like my Webers from years ago. For 2 of now grilling 2-3 times a month it's perfect. Assembly was easy 30-45 minutes. Delivery was timely as advertised.

I'm 74 and have used Weber grills since my early 20's, ya, about 50 years. Why am I on grill #5 ? Durability relates to Value. Consistency. There is a real methodology to grilling on a Weber

Webers are great little cookers . I love the taste of food made in these things ., that natural wood flavour etc. I have a smaller one I've had for years and And still going strong . I use that one for the trailer and one I just bought for home . I use to be a gas bbqer for years and for years had stop cooking with gas once I started using these bbqers . I don't think I'm going back anytime soon .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
