Easy assembly and ready to grill to no time. Perfect size for small family. Holds heat well. Very well made. Will definitely be upgrading soon but, I went with the 18 inch to see if they were as good as all the hype. No disappointment!!!!

I purchased this wonderful 18" kettle right before the 4th of July holiday,took around 25 minutes to assemble,Ive grilled hot dog,italian sausage,carne asada,and I love the flavor of grilling with charcoal,I couldn't be happier,the ash tray/system it came with, works great.bye bye propane! As long as u keep a bag of charcoal handy,you can grill anytime and not worry about driving somewhere and waiting in line for propane. I Will enjoy this grill for many years to come.

Generally works fine, a very basic grill. My only real gripe is that once the charcoal is hot and ready to cook with, the plastic handle gets so hot that you cannot pick up the lid without burning your hand. Seems that the handle should be a little more insulated from the lid.

I bought this grill in addition to my weber gas grill for the charcoal flavor. I couldn't be happier with it. I like this grill so much, I am upgrading to the master touch so I can have 2 gas webers , 2 charcoal webers. I love my weber.

I am usually cooking for only one or two people and this is perfect. I almost never used my larger grill because it just took up too much space in my yard and was too much trouble. This is perfect - - I use it several times a week. No muss-no fuss!

We went back to an "old fashioned" grill when our old kettle grill finally went belly up. We are so glad we did. It is just my wife and I now and this is the perfect size for all or grilling needs. The only thing I wish this had was the Premium options of the ash catcher and thermometer. I could even do without the thermometer. The ash catcher would be a great add on for this grill. Other that that it is a great grill and we love cooking on it. We also have a Weber gas grill but we love the charcoal weber for our burgers, corn on the cob and all our grilling needs.

Very happy with the brand, size, and construction. Small apartment living benefits from the smaller but not too small kettle. Easy to assemble, I was grilling from purchase to fire within two hours.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
