I live on a base in Germany. I bought a charcoal grill - super excited to grill! It was missing 2 key pieces. Beyond disappointed. I had bought food specially to grill too. Fast forward 3 weeks and the parts still aren't here. Boo! The good news is that Weber grill people were very helpful- but as of yet - all the parts aren't here.

I am loving practicing! I did "indirect" cooking with my ribs! I love the flavor. It's fun. I had no idea about the charcoal lasting but it did and I didn't need to cook them quite as long as I did. Used Apple Rub and really very very good. I wanted a reasonably priced grill and Weber is the best. I don't care for the wires that balance the catcher for ashes, that is a bit flimsy and maybe should have gone larger but 18" was perfect. Oh well, still am very glad I bought it.

Bought parts from Amazon and there were bits missing. Called Weber, who sent the missing parts without asking for any written validation of the purchase. The woman on the phone simply believed me. Excellent, as always.

I love my Weber charcoal grill. It forces me to slow down the process of cooking and actually interact with my food. I know how to coax flavor out of the charcoal. I always use the natural ones- the ones you see in Newark, NJ BBQ places, they know what to burn and what gives the best flavor!. I'm a cook, the grill was my favorite station in the restaurant biz. The Weber is so easy to master and your food will reward you for years to come.

I wanted a grill I could store in our shed and wheel out when we wanted a steak or burgers. This baby does the job perfectly. My one caveat, I wish it had a built in thermometer in the cover. Other than that, it's easy to use and easy to store. While I screwed up the assembly and had to request extra wheel hubs, which were quickly provided, the assembly isn't difficult. A good product; unless you prefer something bigger or a gas grill, this is a good way to go. Our first barbecued mea, burgers. lThe burgers were really delicious.

I finally bought Weber kettle after avoiding them because I thought any old grill could work just as well, but Webers really are the best! This 18" grill is perfect for individual meals or a small family to cook on. I have cooked entire meals including side dishes on this 18" grill and nothing beats the flavor you get from a charcoal grill! If you only cook small meals like burgers, dogs, chicken breasts, steaks, etc. this is the grill you want!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
