Defective handle on Bowl, separated from bowl on right side on day 1, called support and sat on hold forever. Sent two support emails with pictures, no response. Still waiting to have the issue addressed.

Super happy with everything except our box didn't include the top handle for the grill lid. I emailed customer service over a week ago and never heard anything.

I bought this grill for my mom 25 years ago. Back then, they were MADE in the USA, not just engineered here. I moved into a smaller place and traded my 22" for Mom's 18". It has the wooden handles, (not as hot as nylon) and the three old school daisy wheel vents on the bottom. These days, those vents will barely turn, having been jammed up with ash and grease long ago. I can't fit a full turkey on this, like I could with the 22", but if you're not cooking whole turkeys, it's just as good, and uses less charcoal.

Overall, pleased with my purchase. I wish there were two levels available for the grate and the silver pan can be made a bit easier to remove . Overall great grill

I love this Grill learning how to use it properly but I think I got it really quick it's been around for years I know it has and it's a standard but I love how it Cooks and am looking forward to having many many years a pleasure with my grill

I've been using my Weber kettle charcoal grill for over 15 years without any issues. I did purchase a new grate that opens on the sides to make adding additional charcoal a lot easier. I highly recommend this u it to everyone.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
