We've purchased other grills now and again but they never perform like the Weber. It is, simply, far and away the best. The 18" works great for two to 4 people, which is what we almost always need. The larger one works great as well, but it uses a great many more coals than you need for just a couple of steaks or a few hamburgers. I recommend buying the ash catcher - helps make the whole experience of charcoal grilling easier and neater. It isn't expensive. And it is a snap (literally) to install.

We had an original 18' Weber for almost 40 years. Thought it was time to buy a new one. Gave the old one to our son. Love the new one...nice and shiny, works well. Contains all the features of the old grill. Like the improved coal scraper on the bottom. Thank you for a great product.

I'm very happy with the smaller size. Mostly I cook for one or two so the smaller kettle size is perfect. This size also saves me storage space as well. Every bit as solid and well constructed as with the larger kettle.

About 25 years ago I switched to gas due to simplicity and being able to cook in the rain. Since I retired, I'm not so tight on time and decided to get the 18" kettle since it's just for 2 of us. I don't foresee the small size being an issue unless I want to smoke a larger cut. Then I'll use my electric smoker. It's nice to have the charcoal grilled taste I've missed for so long. I'm happy with my purchase!

This is an excellent starter grill to learn the basics of charcoal grilling and smoking. It is very forgiving with setup mistakes and I was able to smoke a 5.5 lb pork shoulder on it over an 8 hour period.

This great charcoal grill. It works well and it's easier to clean up the charcoal dust with sweep in the bottom which sweeps the ash out the bottom into the catch tray.

Hands down, my favorite grill. Simple to use, just the right Cooking space for our needs, easy cleanup for the ashes just dump into my metal ash bucket and scrape the grates, I'm done. I also have a 22 premium for bigger jobs and a Joe which is always amazing.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
