Weber Genesis E-430 Propane Gas Grill - Stealth - 1501830

I upgraded from my charbroiler and there are a lot of features I like and some I wish were better. I went with the stealth because of look and steel grates vs stainless steel. I felt my old grill had a more even heat without the sear function Overall happy for the upgrade but kind of feeling I should have gotten more if that makes sense

The very 1st time I lit the grill, the coating started popping off the grates like popcorn. I called and reported it and sent in pictures and videos. Was told yes we received the pictures and video, and took all info that was needed, and that new cooking grates would be sent. Here it is a month later and I'm still getting emails twice a week saying they haven't heard back from me, and in 4 days they will consider the matter closed, even tho I have sent all the info in atleast 6 different times. I still don't have replacement cooking grates. This company for what they charge is an absolute joke! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! It's been over a month and still the same song and dance. Don't get screwed and buy this garbage like I did

Bought the grill yesterday and removed everything from the box last night. Before we even started the assembly, we identified that Bag A was incomplete and missing every Frame Rivet screw. Called Customer Service today and was told it would be at least 3-5 business days before the parts are shipped. Now I have grill parts all over my house. I still haven't even received the email the Customer Service rep said they sent to me. For this priced grill, missing any part is unacceptable and they should be sent via overnight delivery. I am hoping be be able to give this product and Weber a better review but the jury is still out on both accounts.

Great looking grill but I started having issues with the outer coating on the cookbox. Less than 30 days after purchase and dealing with warranty has not been easy

We ordered a $1,500 grill and when it arrived and we used it for the first time, the coating on the grill grates exploded.

Only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's missing a weight scale to determine how much propane is left even though cheaper models have this. Also, it should have an option to come with stainless steel grates instead of the porcelain coating cast iron.

If I could give this grill a 4.5 out of 5, that would be the perfect score. We absolutely love everything about it. The four burners, the option to swap in accessories like the griddle, and the massive cooking surface make it incredibly versatile. The sleek black design looks fantastic, and the side cabinet is perfect for storing grilling tools and accessories. It's been an awesome addition to our deck and has become the centerpiece of every cookout and party. My only minor complaint is with the Stealth model. By choosing it, you lose a few convenience features that, while not essential, feel like they should be included on a premium grill. The biggest one is a propane tank gauge. There's already a hanging hook inside the cabinet—why not make that a built-in tank gauge? That's really my only nitpick. Everyone who sees this grill comments on how clean and sharp it looks, and once they taste the food, they're already asking when the next cookout is!

There's a few things I wish were better such as a bigger drip pan for when using the griddle and more of the back side closed in the block the wind better, but in typical Weber fashion the build quality is outstanding and I love the flexibility this grill offers. The heat is easy to control and cleaning is not a chore like on some grills. Overall just an outstanding grill.

Today I spent $1611 with tax on this grill. I preheated and threw my chicken on, excited to see how the grill would perform. After two minutes of cooking, the enamel on the cast-iron grates was popping off. It sounded like fireworks. After 45 minutes chatting with a representative, she hung up. So I called. Another representative said they could send me new grates as often as I needed them. New grates after the first use is not a great solution. Do not purchase this grill, unless you're curious on how enamel tastes. Such a waste of money and terrible customer service.

Order was lost. Still haven't gotten refund. Weber is completely useless in helping to refund me even though they acknowledge the mistake. Will be pursuing chargeback via our bank.
