I'd did about everything on this grill except skewers. Don't got them just yet. Everything came out good on this unit. Cooks even and the temperature wholes what you put it at. Online is a game changer. I could walk away do others thing and look at my phone for time and temps. I recommend this everyone. Oh yeah this my first pellet grill.

Best grill I've ever had! I have other Weber products and appreciate their commitment to quality. I have used this for everything from normal grilling to an overnight smoke. The app is great and I was able to monitor the temp while away from my house!! Game changer in smoking meats.

I absolutely love my Weber Searwood XL 600. It's incredibly easy to use, and the cooking results are perfect every time. The grill delivers a decent sear, consistent heat, and adds fantastic flavor to everything I cook. The space it provides is very impressive, which is perfect when I'm hosting large family gatherings. I have smoked waygu burgers, boneless rib eye, tomahawk steaks, etc all which have been smoked to perfection. The thermometer and app interface provides effortless ease of use. I would highly recommend this grill for anyone.

Fan broke after 40 minutes of usage on 1st day. Replacement fan has now been on back order for three weeks now Now considering to return and get my money back however that will take another 4-6 weeks Was really excited about this purchase but now really frustrated

The Searwood does a phenomenal job smoking meats; however, the grilling functionality leaves much to be desired. Does not operate nor grill like a traditional grill would. When grilling in manual mode, there is a massive cool spot in the center of the grill due to the way heat is dispersed to the sides to create the high temps needed for grilling.

I've done ribs twice, pork shoulder once, and steaks once. They all turned out fantastic. I use cherry wood pellets for everything. I am looking forward to more uses. Everything has turned out fantastic. I especially like using the app on my phone to check the progress and temperature. It's better than my old Traeger.

This grill is outstanding. Slow and fast smokes, grilling, searing...it can do it all very well. Once I add the rotisserie and flat top, I'll be the neighborhood bbq king :)

The grill is awesome when it's working, had it for 1 week before the fan went out. Not sure if I just got a bad one or if it's a common thing. Reported it to Customer Service, which were quick to respond and told me the part is covered under warranty but is not available at the moment. Grill has been dead in the water for 2 weeks due to Weber not have replacement parts available for issues. The warranty was the deciding factor on me buying this grill…. Kinda thinking I should have went with another brand that has parts available.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
