Weber Searwood XL 600 Pellet Grill w/ Cover, Front Table & Rotisserie

Grill is really nice and works great. Thermometer probe is off by 10 degrees though. Have over cooked couple of things so far so I've resorted to using my own probe. For the price, it should be better and doesn't not come with a second probe.

This is the ultimate grill. I cooked through a lot of grill & smokers. This Barbie has them all beat.

Bought this grill right before the 4th of July weekend, excited about making a huge BBQ for my family. Drove 1.5hours to get it and during the first seasoning burn in, the fan died. Note that was July 3rd. We tried everything to trouble shoot but it was dead. Obviously I was upset since our 4th BBQ was now ruined. But stuff happens, so I called Weber customer support and a couple of days later they finally told me they'd sent a replacement fan assembly. After I haven't got a confirmation email I called them again, supposedly the part is out of stock but will be in stock again "tomorrow". That was over a week ago. Every time I call it's "tomorrow". Nobody is telling me anything and I'm sitting here with a $1,300 grill that doesn't work. At this point I feel like they could at least send somebody to exchange my grill for a new one instead of telling me "you just have to wait". Very disappointing and not how you should treat customers!!

Received defective model. It burst into flames during initial burn off. Customer service is sending a replacement, but I missed about a month of smoking time and the 4th of July. I've heard so many great things about about this smoker, and I was so excited to get one. But the excitement has decreased since all I've gotten to do so far is put the shelves on, talk to customer service, and take the shelves off to get it ready for the exchange.

This 2nd generation pellet grill from Weber is awesome. There are many YouTube reviews that consistently put it in the top tier and I couldn't agree more. The easy of use and easier clean up makes it the "go to" food cooking choice. We have now done chicken, ribs, pork butt, and our favorite; pizza! Flavor is better than charcoal or gas.

The XL 600 is a professional pellet smoker that is simple to use, very well made, and the results are amazing. Easy to clean and maintain.

Missing parts, ZERO customer service, I emailed two times.

Vast improvements over the SmokeFire 1st generation that I had. I enjoy the ability to smoke various ways with this grill. I'm an hot and fast smoker so it works well for me compared to all the others that I looked at before choosing this one. It seems so far not to over heat like my SmokeFire did which is a plus. I'm wet happy with the versatility. Time will tell.

This unit brings the flavor of pellet smoking along with the functionality of a Weber Grill! I've been smoking with pellets for several years, and I've been a BIG fan of Weber grill quality for quite a few years After a recent building fire destroyed my smokers as well as my Weber grill, I had to shop for new units. This jewel checked all the boxes! I can smoke, I can sear, I can grill, I even got the optional rotisserie! This unit is amazing!! I see a long and flavorful future for us, with this little gem!

This is a must have grill for sure! It can do it all, grill, smoke, sear, you can even cook pizza or use it as a griddle with the accessories! My family uses this grill about 4-5 times a week and its simple to start, maintain, and shutdown! Dont forget a cover to keep it nice and clean!
