I used this grill for the first time and I was amazed by the way it worked and how food was cooked, I usually go for charcoal but after using this I find it easier and much better than what I normally go for.

The Freestyle 365 is a solid natural gas beast in a small body. The grill itself appears to be all high end parts including their jet fire starting system, burners, grates and fire box. Assembly is best achieved with a two person team. Good instructions including a digital option which I used for assembly. Some minor issues with bent frame parts that were fixed relatively easily and in the end did not affect the cosmetic condition of the grill. It took about an hour to assemble. Following safety checks and hook up to gas line, the grill fired up right away. I was impressed with the starting system. It heated up quickly and was ready to sear in about ten minutes. Over the course of a week the Freestyle did a great job with everything I threw at it. Steak, burgers, fish, veggies turned out great. Temperature control was simple and the temp gauge is large and easy to read. Overall the only thing that wasn't great was some bent frame parts that again, didn't affect the final cosmetic condition. Throw in the two side stations and the requisite bottle opener, a ten year "bumper to bumper" warranty and you have a great looking, compact natural gas grill that simply performed great!

So this grill is a bit smaller than the one we just had. We decided to try this freestyle grill and it did a really good job for us! Now, besides from it being smaller a bit, it also had a bit of a set up time (at least for us). Once together, the instructions were easy to understand and this had a much easier lighting dial.

I like how the Napoleon - Freestyle 365 grill looks and fits perfectly in my backyard on my deck. When I began to use the grill, it was straightforward, and it cooked my food fast, and it was very tastely.

The first thing I noticed was the excellent quality of the steel used to make the grill. This is a very sturdy piece that should last someone awhile with proper care. I really liked the cast iron grill plates because they won't rot out like other steel grill plates will. Everything was easy to take apart in order to properly clean the grill which is a huge deal for me as I always struggle trying to figure out how to clean other brands of grills. They professionals had no problems setting up the natural gas line to my grill. It grills food evenly and it's now my new favorite grill! I'm getting rid of all the others. The side tables are so sturdy and it's nice that they can be folded down. On both sides of the side tables they have oils to hang your grilling tools. I love the nice feature of the added bottle opener! It's a nice cast iron opener that won't break! The only downfall was that the directions could use words maybe? Or something to better idea rest and how to put the grill together because it can be confusing. All the screws they use are the same size tho which makes it simpler so your not searching for different size screws for certain parts. Will definitely be purchasing from this brand .

I'm got this product and I had to do wasn't the gas company and have a line hooked up and I will never have to worry about my tank being full. This product is amazing. It will grilling like the best. My meat was amazing. Definitely recommend

I recently got this to try something new for a grill and love it. It cooks so even and easily. It's grates are so easy to clean. It is sleek looking and awesome. I will definitely recommend this to anyone. Highly recommend!

Have used this grill for a little while now and couldn't be happier. The grill itself looks beautiful and the quality is great! The bottle opener on the side is super sturdy and convenient. I love how the grill racks cook food thoroughly as well. Setup was super simple and I was off to grilling in no time. The wheels on the grill make it easy to transport. Even though this is considered a compact grill, I feel like it's so powerpacked, that it does a better job than your typical full size grill. Would definitely recommend. I made cevapi on the grill, which are Balkan style meat sausages in a pita bread, which I grilled as well. Throughly cooked through and tastes delicious!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
