This was pretty easy to put together. It looks daunting once you take everything out of the package, but it only took my husband and me about an hour and a half to get it together. There were a couple pieces that were slightly bent, but we were able to fix these quite easily. This has all the bells and whistles in a compact size, and it is a fabulous looking grill. The design is great; it looks so sleek. The parts of this grill are very durable and so well made. This grill is such high quality and is absolutely solid. I was particularly impressed with the quality of these grates. I find this grill so convenient to have around. The side shelves fold down so easily, which makes this grill the perfect size to fit into smaller areas. I was impressed with the quality of wheels that came with this grill. We have a bit of snow on the ground, and it is still very easy to move around. Though it's compact, there's quite a bit of cooking space here. We are a family of five, and the grill space is excellent for us! There was plenty of room for our needs. I cannot believe how quickly the burner heats up, and the flame is so easy to control. We made steaks first, and they were delicious. They were restaurant quality and seared so well (due to the cast iron skillet grates). They were flavorful and cooked to absolute perfection. There is such an even distribution of heat when cooking with this grill. My favorite part is the fact that the grates are super easy to clean. It hardly takes any effort. This isn't the type of grill where you have to scrub and scrub to get it clean. Best part for sure! Highly recommended! So impressed! Bonus: There is even a bottle opener on this grill and a place to hang your tools!

This Napoleon Freestyle 365 BBQ wasn't hard to put together. It is a better quality BBQ then others out there. I would say it is in the same family as many of the big named BBQs. I can't wait to enjoy this BBQ with my family this summer during the nice weather. The instructions were self explanatory and easy to follow. I would recommend this product to family and friends.

OMG I can't imagine a better grill than this! We needed an upgrade since the one we have is ordinary and large, this design is compact and elegant, being the envy of anyone. Due to the cold and snow right now I haven't been able to use it yet, but if we assemble it and repeat it, it's the best option. I have read countless of your description and I am sure that it is better than it can be described! Do you need an opener? you have nothing to worry about! In love!!!

Due to the MN winter, I have only been able to try the product once on a warm day. It's really nice and gets the job done! Our hot dogs turned out nice and caramelized. It was also easy enough for me to understand how to run it (which I love!).

So happy I got this grill. It is a major upgrade from what I used to have. Sleek design that looks high end. All the other dads on the street are jealous! You can fit a ton of food on the grill and I particularly like how the wavy grill design keeps hot dogs and sausages from rolling around. The built in thermometer is perfect for precision cooking. My favorite feature is how the side shelves fold down for compact storage when not in use. Once I figured out the assembly instructions were for two different models at the same time and half the steps didn't apply to me, assembly went quick.

The Freestyle 365 Propane Gas Grill, Graphite Grey has been a huge upgrade to my grilling set up - it has all the features I expect by my standards and more. It's propane compatible, easy to upgrade from the grill I already had. It was simple to assemble and wheel over to where it would be stationed. The side shelves are perfect surfaces to prepare my grilling materials and storage when folded. And then the grilling experience itself is perfect, I'm getting great sear and char and flavor. My faux-meat burgers have never been better when grilled. And this might seem like a little thing, but the wave-shaped cast iron grids make that sear very unique looking, and it's a signature aesthetic to serve up to your family and guests that they will remember over traditional grid sear marks. And that sort of premium quality you get with the cast iron wave grids is present throughout the build quality of the entire grill.

Overall the grill is very nice! The side tables are a huge added plus! Was very easy to install and setup. The reason for 4 stars; it could really use a handle to be able to wheel it around. It's hard to find the right place to hold to wheel it outside from our garage on a cold Wisconsin winter. Otherwise, an excellent grill!
