The grill came packaged very well and was very easy to assemble, team assembly was not required. The lid is solid and has a nice handle. As for the grill it has a cool wavy pattern. I thought the top portion of the grill was well made, however the frame that the grill sits on and the wheels are quite flimsy and I think it will be OK if you have this grill only in one place and it is not moved very often otherwise it is not very sturdy. My backyard is on the smaller side so I will not be moving it around often so it shouldn't be an issue for me. The tables make prepping easy and the design and details are great. I even have a place to hang my utensils the small things really do make such a difference. Did I mention it has a bottle opener as well! My husband loves this grill and I love it too because we get some delicious food with this.

When I first got this grill I was a bit overwhelmed as I looked at all the pieces to put together. I quickly realized they were recommending using an app to follow along with and I'm so glad I did. The app made things so easy and helped me really see and understand what to do. I did feel like some of the pieces were a bit lower quality than I'd expect and I had to fix a few cosmetic issues from shipping but once everything was assembled and ready to go I was pleased with the grill before me. I love the rack being so heavy duty. It allowed me to get some nice grill marks on anything I made. Before this I was a charcoal grill kind of person but now there's no going back. This grill rocks!

This is a very nice grill. It took us several hours to put it together. I was disappointed that the instructions were not written out any clearer than they were. I like that you can put the side tables down for more compact storage. It is easy to move around with the wheels on just the one end. and the grill is not heavy to pick up. It is easy to clean up which is a major plus to me. I like that it has the utensil holders on the end of the one table. That way you're not leaving your dirty utensils on the table or scuffing it up. I love that you can hide the propane tank behind the door. As well as it has a nice little tray for catching any grease that comes off of your food. I love the color of it. It leaves nice sear marks on your food. And it's a perfect size for a couple of people or a small family. It is very nice looking.

This is such a nice grill! Perfect for a family or cook out with friends. It is heavy, and I was able to put it together alone in about 4 hours. The doors are a nice feature to keep the peopane tank inside. My personal favorite thing about this grill though is that the grease tray slides out as a whole and can be washed. Previous grills I have owned did not do this. It's a clean sleek looking grill for sure! The thermometer on top is accurate. The pilot is Easily and quickly lite with the turn of the knobs. This grill should last a long time!

This grill has been amazing. I had some struggles assembling it because some of the base pieces were bent but it wasn't anything I couldn't fix in the process. The instructions were good at laying out step by step assembly and all together it took maybe an hour and half to put together. Once assembled it was easy to attach the propane tank. The storage base is great for storing the tank and also all my grilling accessories. The wheels make it easy to move the grill around and are like all terrain. Easy for California desert living especially when I host a lot. It has two table top sides that make prepping so easy. It fits a standard cooking sheet and doesn't slip and slide the sheet around. A great feature too that it has is a bottle opener that is attached to one of the table tops. It's a hit with the boys. The side of one of the tables has hooks to hang by utensils while grilling too. There is a drip tray underneath the grill that catches excess oil from when I cook and it really helps to not make a huge mess. I like that the grates are cast iron and like a real stove top and not metal grates. I have seared steaks and fish and chicken and every single time it comes out perfect. The grates are easy to clean as well. I haven't had any issues igniting the grill and it's always been a breeze to use.

I am absolutely in love with this grill! I ordered it a few weeks ago and am so happy! It was really surprisingly easy to put together and move around. The hubby also loves it and thinks it grills everything to perfection. Super excited for the summer BBQ!

The compact size and sleek style of the Freestyle 365 grill from Napoleon are standouts! It has plenty of features you can find on the larger grills. The slate gray is a different, more modern and sophisticated looking take on the color schemes usually found on grills. It has places to hang cooking utensils, comes with a bottle opener, and has three burners.

My husband and I put this together in little under an hour. We have grilled on it for a week and absolutely love this grill. It's easy to clean and does not take up much space which is a commodity on our lanai. Highly recommend.

You will not be disappointed with this selection for all your grilling needs. It is very robust and has the same quality as leading brands. It was fairly quick to assemble, easier then some of the others I have put together in the past. Sleek lines make the grill very attractive and I have already had compliments and intrigued guests that love the looks. I would highly recommend.

Got this grill a little while ago and was worried it wasn't big enough for what I needed it for. But man was I wrong. This thing grills evenly, and easy. I am so glad I bought this grill!!! I would absolutely recommend.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
