I purchased June 1st,2025 and at the time of writing this review my immediate con is that the make now feature is disabled in this brand new product. I purchased an elite and I expect all features to be available such as all the other grills. I am frustrated with an app feature being disabled. I'm knocking off 1 star for this failed service. The grill is great!

I grill on average 4 times a week and I recently purchased my 4th Traeger. This past holiday weekend I put my Woodbridge Elite Pellet grill through the paces. Starting with the build. The build was smooth and the parts seem to be of good quality. Grilling was good and the heat seemed balanced. Clean up with this grill is a breeze. Clean up is the one area I always felt could us improvement. Searing was easy, smoking was flavorful, simple hamburgers and dogs and warm buns was an easy, even grilling experience. Grease no problem as it had been on my previous Traeger grills

I upgraded to the Woodbridge to take advantage of the electronic controller features. I've not been disappointed. Great grill and the side burner is a feature I thought would be nice and indeed has changed my engagement Traeger equipment. Temperature control is great and having a pellet monitoring system is something I didn't realize I needed. My old Traeger lid never closed quite right and this baby seats solid. I haven't had to change out the drip pan or bucket yet but is seems to be moe efficient overall.

Easy to assemble, have 3 cooks on it so far each cook turned out excellent, 1st cook pellet sensor said 80% full with no pellets in it. 2nd cook cleaned pellet sensor, check wiring plug all was fine filled hopper completely to the top touching the sensor said 90% full. 3rd cook pellet sensor still reads 80-90% doesn't matter if its full or empty (Traeger sent a replacement sensor and have not installed it yet) and then next problem popped up with wifire connection, 1st & 2nd cook had a strong signal at grill and my phone, 3rd cook it would not re-connect wifi signal was strong shut it down didnt touch it for 3 days tried all the Traeger troubleshooting nothing finally got it to re-connect later on in the week (operator error? could be or I'm thinking more like something to do with the controller?)

Just completed this wee Ibeye steaks, chicken and baby back ribs. Cooked to perfection bet grill I have ever used by far.

I wish the elite had the same controller as the timberline, that's all the elite is really missing, it is a great grill Has lot of good qualities.

Would have given a 5 star but expensive grill to not include a cover, and was fairly difficult to assemble.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
