Been wanting to buy a smoker for sometime now. As a long time user of Weber grills (charcoal & natural gas) when I finally saw the 600 I started looking at multiple BBQ websites for reviews. Trusting the Weber brand for years, I purchased it. I'm totally amazed with it and so glad I decided to perfect my smoking skills with this outstanding grill. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Well built and very sturdy. It heats up quickly and holds the set temperature very well. Recovery from opening the hood is quick as well.

Excellent quality, easy to assemble and great smoked meat results. Phone app allows me to be out on the boat for the day and watch/control what is happening back on the patio.

The Searwood works well. It's enjoyable to cook on made more so by its intuitive and easy to use App. The 2 (two) temperature probes are welcome additions. Because the Searwood is our only grill, it's ability to reach the temp to sear, is a positive and one of the reasons it was chosen over other pellet grills. Cleaning the Searwood is fairly easy. But moving it isn't easy. Casters added to the front legs would have been a real plus on our 600 and I'm sure even more so, on the larger (heaver) 600XL. Also stainless steel grates, as opposed to coated steel grates, would have been easier to maintain and a real plus, albeit a bit of a greater cost for Weber. Overall however, the Searwood is considered a prudent purchase and one -- if we were given the choice of other pellet grills -- we would again purchase the Weber Searwood.

Great combo package. My guest raved about how the chops and steaks turned out and also loved the smoked beef and pork. I have a small deck so the size is perfect for us. I would recommend the larger XL if you have a bigger family or large entertaining groups.

This is my first pellet smoker. Being able to set things and kickback and relax without worrying about relighting a smoke box is fantastic. What sets this one apart from others, is the robust build, removable controller (future friendly) and the ease of cleaning. I've made sausages, pizzas, lollipop chicken, smoked salmon and burnt ends... Can't wait to fire it up again.

Man.. This is my first smoker/pellet grill and I love it. The food comes out so tasty and moist and my friends and family have been enjoying the results. I strongly recommennd this grill.

Only been using about a month, but love it so far. I've done about 10 short to medium cooks from 30 minutes to 6 hours. Pork and beef ribs came out great as well as whole chicken. Doing a lot of experimenting from smoking to fast grilling. All easy to do with this pit. Can't compare to other grill since this is my first pellet grill. Easy to use. Time will tell how great it is.

My Searwood 600 is a great smoker/grill. Real good looking. I do have a problem with my controller panel. I can't shut the Grill down using the manual controller. The only way I can shut down is with my cell phone. I think I need a new controller.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
