Wish i had NEVER bought this grill EXT inconsistent, uses FAR more pellets than sny other pellets grill i have had. Heat fluctuates and I do not mean just a little i mean between 100 and 200 degrees different then where ylu set ir. I usually set stuff around 350 to 400 depending on what I an doing and it EASILY jumps to and stays at at least 500 to 560 and then will drop all the way to 250 to 300 i will never buy it of these ever again.

This grill is super unreliable. I have to clean the firepot every single time before I use it or it won't start. When it's cold out, it doesn't register a flame because it loses too much heat. I found that if I put a few extra pellets in the firepot then it will work. When it was 40 degrees outside it took forever to get hot enough to sear. One time it turned itself on (started cooking) without any interaction. There was a storm so I'm guessing it was an electrical surge, but that is not ok. Fortunately the fire didn't ignite and it just filled the inside of the grill with unburned pellets. Already starting to rust although I've only had it for maybe 6 months.

I have the Black Label 800 Series grill and I absolutely love it. Having two probes is so handy when cooking a brisket or multiple cooks! That sear plate on a pellet grill is ingenious I love using it. The window on the hopper is so handy to watch the level from Inside the house. Above all that she's absolutely a beautiful grill with so much class!

I've had my louisiana grill Black label series 800 for over a month now. I use it daily, this grill is a beast, I love that you get get low temps down to 180 degrees and also get hot temps up to 600 degrees. It also had a sear grate so you can cook over flames. I love this feature for hot and fast cooks, steaks, burgers, sausage and so on. It also has two meat probs and and connects to the smokeit app so you can monitor your cook without having to sit right next to the bbq and babysit. All and all I think this is an outstanding grill with incredible features.

I'm using it for my everyday grill and my weekend smoker! The Sear Tech slide is awesome to sear your steaks. And the Smoke IT app is easy to use and very convenient. I'd recommend this grill!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
