Love my Weber Searwood 600 Pellet Grill!! I'm coming from a fully manaul smoker and this grill has all the bells and whistles. The app is excellent and the included recipes with the app gives you a step by step instructions if your a beginner to smoking! So far I'm loving this smoker! Look forward to allot of great meals on this new unit!
The Weber Searwood 600 is fantastic! The build quality is excellent, and it's incredibly easy to use. I especially love being able to control and monitor everything through the app—it's so convenient to manage temperatures remotely. It handles low-and-slow smoking beautifully, but can also deliver a perfect high-heat sear when you need it. Highly recommend!
quality seems very good, but I have only used it one time which it worked great, but I can't really review it completely with just one use.
Well built, heavy duty and boxed super duty. Just one big issue it wouldn't light. after I figured the auger was rotating the wrong direction I located the auger motor and found a red wire with a orange stripe not connected to anything also saw that a wire was missing on the motor plug. Called Weber took a bit of time to get a human I explained my issue to the lady and I assume she was working off a Flo-chart when I was ask if I put pellets in it I told her of course then asked if I filled the hooper to the top! After she asked if I plugged it in I knew I hit a dead-end street. I asked for tech support she took my information and said someone would reach out to me. Ok! Went on line to see if I could find wiring chart or something that would help. After not being able to find help I connected that wire back in the plug and started the stove up and noticed the auger rotation was right now and it filled the fire box up with pellets and started up. Hopefully tech support will be more reliable in the future if needed. Got a email back a few days later saying they haven't herd back from me and the issue must be resolved. Anyway stove works fine and I'm happy with it. Like I said I hope I don't have any issues with it. My time is importing to me and being on the phone with someone asking questions that had nothing to do with my problem is a waste of my time. Really is it plugged in!!!!
This grill is the best pellet grill I've owned. It heats up very quickly and regains temperature quickly after you open it to check on your food. The smoke boost function adds a very good amount of smoke flavor for a pellet grill. The app is easy to work and keep you informed at a glance. The only addition I would recommend is using a secondary temperature sensor for the grill temp. It seems to run a bit hotter than it is showing when you first start up the grill, then stabilizes nicely.
Glad I went with the Weber Starwood 600. Even though I won't be doing much grilling on this thing…it's good to know I can still sear (trust me I've tried it). But when it comes to smoking and the ease of smoking food this makes it a breeze. Let me tell you…I'm loving the flavor in my food. Weber strikes again! I'll forever buy Weber a product. This is my 3rd Weber grill (so to speak) and I'm still impressed with the quality of the build. The items work as advertised! And that's hard to come by these days! Good job Weber.
Purchased the Weber Smoker a few weeks ago and it does not disappoint. Easy to use, food comes out perfect. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a smoker.
I upgraded from a Camp Chef which was an upgrade from an older Camp Chef, my first pellet grill. The second Camp Chef was a huge upgrade from the first one - digital controls, direct/indirect heating, temp probes, etc. My main use is grilling and the second one was so much better at grilling that I was happy with it and just accepted its limitations as being a part of pellet grilling. When the auger got stuck I decided to upgrade rather than spend time and money on a grill that was pushing 5 years old. The Searwood is light years ahead of the Camp Chef - quicker start time, higher available temperature, simpler cleaning, and more even heating. No need for the direct/indirect system. I've had several Weber gas grills in the past so I was familiar with Weber quality. This thing is built to last.
The Searwood 600 Pellet Grill is an excellent product. This product does what other pellet grills doesn't. It actually provides smoke that gives the necessary smoke flavor and its adjustable. It can also reach the necessary temperatures for grilling, so your food comes off the grill without being slimy. I would recommend this product to anyone. Well done Weber.
Even after maintaining it use the manual and keeping it clean, I still received E18 error on my last 3 smokes. Hard to walk away for a long period of time because I have to reset it. Not too happy at this point. Any suggestions?

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
