We bought this grill expecting Weber quality. It has been a problem in less than a year. First, the grill holes are so easily covered by drippings because there's nothing protecting them from the cooking. Then the grill doesn't light. Second, the black paint on the inside of the lid has completely flaked off getting onto food. Truly unbelievable how poorly made this is. I strongly recommend that you do not buy this grill.

We recommend cleaning the burners with a stainless steel grill brush to remove excess buildup. The material inside the lid is not paint; it is a natural byproduct of grilling called carbonized grease. This can be cleaned off easily and it is not dangerous or toxic. I love the Traveller grill in that it is easy to set up, use and fold up for travel. Perfect size for a two person household! I just wish that there was a propane shut off valve on the grill so I could leave the 1 lb propane tank attached while I have it set up at my home

Received grill new in the box. Grill was missing parts which caused it to break the frame in the back of the grill. Weber did send replacement parts no charge. Still cannot replace the rear spring because it does not fit.

The hydraulic shock on the lift mechanism bent the shaft and broke off of the frame. Very cheaply made. Disappointed in quality of materials.

Bought the Weber Traveler Compact grill for my M100 Army Jeep Trailer for offroading/Camping. Best portable Camping grill out there! Its lightweight yet very well built and it's compact but plant of grilling area.

I have been so happy with the compact traveler grill. It fits perfectly in the back of our truck as a full time rver. Purchased the Weber traveler transport cover and it is of course too large for our version- hoping some accessories will start to become available for our compact grill such as the griddle plate and carry bag. We are impressed with ease of cleanup, ability to collapse the grill and how well it cooks.

On the second use, the assist strut mount ripped the fastener out of the arm causing the strut rod to get bent. I had to remove the strut to prevent further damage. Once in the operating position the unit cooks quit well. This is a poor application for thread nuts as the bar metal is not strong enough for the forces.

A very well-made and well thought out product. Webber always does a great job. I was first attracted to this grill because I think it looks great. The size is convenient and is big enough for a party of eight. It will get to 550° in about 20 minutes and the grill grates have just a little extra spacing between them so that you get more of the flame than the Q grill provided that I used to have. The stand that comes with the compact traveler Grill is amazing. It is a work of art and is sturdy and compact and perfect for traveling with the Grill, but more importantly it acts as a permanent space when using the grill at home without any wobble or stability issues. I'm very happy with this girl and would buy it again.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
