 | High capacity and versatility consistent with the high st...Grew up with my dad cooking on Weber grills and this one was no exception! High end, durable, sturdy, heavy materials. This is a HUGE grill and can hold so much food!! I am impressed with the variety of cooking methods available in this one product!! It could be overwhelming but nice to know we have options! We have both liquid propane as well as a natural gas line. We started with propane and then switched over to our gas line. Honestly the difference is truly personal preference. I do think this model is for highly skilled grillers who like to entertain. This is a great piece to incorporate into an outdoor kitchen setup. As a stand alone piece…it is quite large and super heavy. Easy to clean, which is a plus to me because I hate cleaning. I would definitely recommend purchasing assembled or have someone assemble it for you…it was a long process. The directions were all pictures…words would have been helpful. Another suggestion is to label the pieces or at least the boxes. We had pieces everywhere during the assembly process! Overall another worthy piece to the Weber name. | Restaurant-Quality Grilling at HomeWe recently received the Weber Summit GC38 E Grill Center with Liquid Propane from Influenster to test. We are thrilled with its initial performance. While the assembly process was pretty involved (instructions could be better) and required a bit of time and patience, the results were well worth the effort. Upon our test run, we found the grill to be incredibly powerful and versatile. The grilling surface is ample, allowing us to cook multiple items simultaneously without any issues. In fact, my partner, who is a chef in a small restaurant, noted that the grill is about the same size as what she uses at work. This will make it perfect for both large gatherings and everyday cooking needs. My favorite part is how the burners heat up quickly and evenly. The built-in features, such as the smoker box and rotisserie, add an extra layer of value, making this grill a true all-in-one outdoor cooking center. The build quality of the Weber Summit GC38 E is impressive. It feels sturdy and well-made, which gives us confidence in its durability over the long term. The sleek design and high-quality materials also add a touch of elegance to our outdoor space. | Stunning addition to our backyardThe new 2024 Summit GC38 is amazing! We did so much research on this grill before it arrived, and it was so worth the wait. It took us just under 2 hours to assemble the Summit, which honestly was not bad at all. The illustrated assembly instructions were clear. Removing the plastic wrap and attaching the doors did test my marriage. I would not recommend assembling this on a 90-degree day. We have now used our Summit GC38 several times and are obsessed with all it has to offer. The infrared broiler is amazing for achieving a perfect crust on a steak. The large cooking grates are perfect for us, as we are always entertaining. Our gatherings often go late into the night, so the lighting will be a huge benefit to us. We have not used the side burner yet, but the storage cabinets are awesome for holding accessories, which we plan to buy several of (I need the griddle!!!) | Outdoor cooking and grilling at its finest!I am amazed out high quality this grill is. I don't have to wait 25 yrs to say that this grill will last that long. The metal quality and finish is just undeniably superb. From the knobs to the metal cooking grate, there is no sparing in using the finest. I love that I can host a big outdoor party with just this one unit. The cooking space and options including the side burners just allows for so much option. Love the rotisserie part. The unit is heavy and takes more than 2 people to move around and setup. Also love the additional cabinet style space for storage. | This is the Cadillac of all grillsThis Weber Grill is literally the Cadillac of all grills. PSA- it's been raining in my area since we've gotten this delivered, so we aren't finished setting it up yet. See pics. This grill is gorgeous. It's massive. Not only are the racks adjustable, not only is there a rotisserie, not only is there a smoker box to add a woody, smokehouse flavor, there is also a space for a pizza stone. The grill lights up. | Grill Masters DreamThis is a grill masters dream! It brings entertaining to a whole new level. The design is well thought out, down to the convenient tool hangers and large storage cabinets. It even has lights for night time grilling, which is an awesome feature. The grill itself cooks food evenly and well. There is plenty of space for large gatherings. It's easy to use and has many cooking options. The top broiler feature truly brings your at home steak game to a whole new level. They were amazing. I also love the smoker box and rotisserie feature. Both easy to use and produce quality results. The side burner is also a nice feature to add cooking space for sides. This grill truly allows you to bring your kitchen outside. | Great grill, minor nitsFirst, this grill is Massive. It's a full pallet with every inch crammed. Assembly took about two hours, and you definitely need three people to get the main assembly into place. Most of the construction appears to be extremely robust with screws and prethreaded holes, except for the bottom of the two side cabinets are fairly thin and held in place by 6 plastic expanding fasteners and I wonder how well they'll hold up over time. There's plenty of storage space and shelving in the two cabinets, although both lose some space due to the burner on the left and the pop up rotisserie motor on the right. The cabinets do have some built in hooks to store the rotisserie forks and other utensils when not in use, which is convenient (and the rotisserie spit itself has a cradle on the back behind the hood). As I mentioned above though, the cabinets themselves are a little lighter duty than I'd like, I keep a stack of fire bricks for pizza making and I don't quite think the wings are sturdy enough to store them in without bending over time. For burgers and other standard grill fare, there's five primary burners for direct or indirect heat and enough grill space to cook for the entire neighborhood. There's also an infrared broiler element on top for top searing, and a side burner on the left wing for a pan or skillet. There's a grease funnel below the burners with a removable catch pan, and the stainless steel grates clean easily with a scrub brush. An electronic tank scale on the front also helps take the guesswork out of knowing how much fuel you have left so you don't run out in the middle of cooking. The knobs and hood both have lights for nighttime use, which is handy, although at the expense of four separate battery compartments to take care of - 6 D cells for the knobs and fuel gauge (and optionally you can power this with an external USB power bank), 3 C cells in the handle for the lights inside the hood, and two separate single AAs for the main grill and side burner igniters. Along with a 120v plug for the rotisserie motor. It would have been nicer if there was a single battery pack or an option to just run everything off 120v given you need it for the rotisserie anyway. All in all it's a great grill with plenty of cooking space and quality of life features, I just wish the side storage was a little sturdier and it didn't have quite so many batteries to keep track of. | Was This Helpful? |
