This is a phenomenal product. You can cook straight out of the box. We cook everything on it from breakfast, lunch and dinner. We sold our grill because we never use it anymore.

My first griddle. My wife got it for me for my birthday. Very happy with the griddle performance. I have cooked burgers, hot dogs,cheese steak sandwiches, & pork fried rice to name a few. Heats up fast and holds the heat, it has a big cabinet with magnetic doors. My favorite toy.

Easy to assemble. Cooks amazing right at the box. I've seasoned it twice and cooked a good bit no rust so far. The side tables are a bit worthless though.

Best griddle I've ever used. There are no hot spots on the griddle. Everything cooks evenly and no oil needed to cook pancakes; non stick. Assembly was easy and even though I broke a part, Weber overnighted it at no cost.

We are SO happy with this griddle. We have purchased many Weber grills over the years for both personal use and for vacation rental properties here in Naples, Florida. Lucky enough to live on the water but unlucky enough to have lost our top of the line Weber grill to once-in-a-lifetime storm surge, we went for the bigger baddest Weber griddle and LOVE it. We cook everything that we ever cooked on the grill but the added benefits are the best smash burgers in the history of burgers, pancakes and awesome searing capability for tuna steaks and veggies. Definitely go for the cutting board and caddy that fit perfectly to the left and right of the griddle. This is the best piece of outdoor cooking equipment that we have ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is my first griddle. I bought this one because of the apparent quality and reported rust resistance. So far, it has only exceeded expectations. It took seasoning very well. It heats pretty evenly. I've seen no rust. It's been a joy to have, and it's been a real game changer for how our family of 6 prepares meals.

Wow, this griddle is phenomenal. Heats up fast and maintains the heat well. It doesn't cool off just because you added food. I have been using a stainless griddle on my Genesis a though it was great but wouldn't get hot enough. No problem with this one. There is a learning curve as it gets hot and stays hot. Watch the temperature and the food as it gets hot and cooks fast. You will be wowed. This griddle is spacious. I cooked smash burgers for 10 people and wow they all fit and cooked at the same time. No more having to cook in stages. Everyone eats at the same time. Same thing when I made fried rice for twelve adults. One of my friends cooked dinner for everyone the other night an he was amazed with the non-stick surface. He said he put some chicken down and forgot to use oil. His comment was "Wow it didn't stick". Have I said "wow" yet. You'll be saying Wow too.

Yes, a little pricey but definitely worth the money. It's easy to control the different heat zones. The griddle surfers is definitely nonstick. I started cooking on it right out of the gate without seasoning. Definitely one of my better purchases. Thank you Webber for an awesome product.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
