Received the griddle in four days from purchase on a pallet and was wrapped and protected well. Didn't open it for a week until I would have some help available to assembly. To my dismay, the owners manual was NOT in the box. We looked everywhere and could not find it. Luckily, You Tube came to the rescue and we found a step by step instruction video with graphics that made assembly pretty straightforward. This is not something within BBQ guys control, but a poor final quality control check from Halo. They should know better!!! I reached out to Halo and they are closed on the weekends so will wait to hear their answer on Monday. The grill is built like a tank and was a breeze to season and make Philly-cheese steaks and smashburgers for our first cook. Going to make pancakes and bacon this morning and very pleased with the sturdiness of the product. A few blemishes on the stainless steel finish that my engineer friend said their process of rolling allowed some impurities in the production environment. Again, minor issue but overall very happy with the product and would recommend.

Halo Elite 4B griddle is awesome. Shipment was fast and it was delivered right on time and in great condition. The griddle puts out plenty of heat and cooks very evenly. I have been using this griddle at least 3 times per week and its just dream to use. Plenty of space to move the food around and food comes out great. I originally had a little problem with placing the order. I went as far as writing an initial negative review about BBQ Guys. However, Anita from customer services immediately reached out to me. She was extremely helpful and corrected everything that went wrong. She actually cared and wanted to make sure it was a positive experience for me. Really appreciate all she did to correct the issues. I will definitely recommend BBQ Guys to all my friends and family going forward.

This is the best griddle I've cooked on and has all the features I was looking for. It heats up quickly, so I can get cooking immediately. The zone cooking takes a little getting used to, but after a few cooks you feel confident in use. The Halo Team got it right with the construction of the unit, as everything is so accessible. From the placement of the propane tank to the grease trap the design of this griddle has been extremely well thought out, and very cook friendly. Awesome job Halo! You made a believer out of me. Continue to RISE ABOVE! Respect

One of my better purchases! I researched all the griddles I had interest in. This one checked all my boxes! Others were flimsy, dead cooking zones, made cheaply. I would consider this the Mercedes Benz Maybach of griddles!!! This one won't disappoint you.

The grill is top of the line and performs great. I purchased the Natural Gas option and works perfectly. The hidden secrete is that this is the only flat top you can use as a smoker. I have smoked chicken, fish, vegetables and a small turkey breast. The burners can hold a perfect temperature.

I had a Blackstone in my garage waiting for me to unbox when I saw and ad on Facebook. After reading up on the company and checking out some Youtube reviews i decided to return my Blackstone and take a chance. Am I glad I did. Ive cooked(seared) a Steak on one side of the griddle while cooking the perfect egg on the other. Heat control is amazing on this griddle. Trust me. This is the best backyard griddle on the market today!

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. We use it for breakfast lunch and dinner. Pancakes and eggs take less time and everything finishes at the same time. Less clean up in the kitchen too! Steaks, shrimp, burgers all are fantastic. Do not hesitate to buy this.

Received the outdoor griddle and the cover was damaged in shipping.No fault on you guys. Called Customer Service and Rick was great.As soon as I sent pictures of the damaged box and cover he got back to us right away saying he was sending us a new cover. The next day he called us back with a Tracking number. It's service like this that blows me away. Received the cover and the griddle is the best.I love the combination of choosing what burners I want to use. Great Griddle! Great Customer Serice! Thank You Rick! ! !

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
