Absolutely love the 36 inch slate griddle. It has exceeded every expectation I had. I recommended for anyone that wants a top quality griddle. The only complaint I would have is that I live in California and I could not put it together myself so through your company you recommended ANGIES to put the griddle together. The representative from Angie's that came out, had no clue how to put it together and took him hours, he also had one screwdriver and didn't bring any other tools with him. He broke a wheel, but he did manage to get it to work. Also, I ordered a grill cover And paid for it, but it still hasn't been sent to me. I keep hearing that it's on backorder. But I can guarantee you the grill itself is fantastic.

Easy to put together and season. Use it several times a week over the last 4 months and very happy with it. Perfect size for family of 7. We have a natural gas line that makes this easier to use. I turn it on before starting prep work. I can make a batch of 18 pancakes in one go. Easy clean up. Haven't used the kettle since we got this, although I still prefer charcoal flavor the convenience and surface area of the griddle is an easy trade off.

Review since fixes were made after initial review where knob startup wasn't working properly and kink in short propane tube. Customer service was excellent ("Maria"). Helped to dx the problem and went above and beyond expectations. Sent sample pics to compare, sent replacement parts, detailed instructions to follow, replaced manifold in case there was a factory-based problem and replaced trim that broke during installation. All was done w/o question and with professionalism and great customer service. Now my 36" works better than new! Nice job, Maria! Thanx!

Not all areas are level would love to have someway to adjust legs to level griddle besides wedges under wheels

Love this new griddle. Plenty of space to cook a batch of food to feed my hungry relatives. Have tried a number of cooks on it and so far it has meet my expectations. Easy to season and clean. Cooks well. Looking forward to years of service from this well constructed griddle.

Awesome griddle. Lots of space and easy to maintain. I love that we have so many different options with the tablets. Perfect Griddle, I bought the 28 and thought it was too small but with the 36'' there's no issue at all!

I received a damaged/defective griddle and it was time consuming to get it replaced, eventually received great support from a customer service manager at Weber, but now that I have, I couldn't be happier with the griddle. 5-stars.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
