The Weber 36" griddle easily gets 5 stars. Upon receipt, I found the instructions for assembly very easy to follow. It took about 90 minutes to assemble with two people. One person could likely do it and take a bit longer , but the griddle top is large and heavy so would recommend two people for that part. It is easy to turn on and has great heat distribution across the griddle top. I waited to review so we could cook a couple things on there to ensure we liked it. We have made smash burgers and fried rice and all came out great! We have had a high end flat top from another manufacturer and can easily say this one is the best. It also features plenty of area for food prep/tools which comes in very handy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a flat top griddle!

Awesome Griddle - One minor problem though. The rubber bumpers for the hood both pulled out after less than 10 openings of the hood. This needs a fix to make the griddle perfect.

Excellent packaging, shipped quick, nothing dented or scratched. Easy set up, my 11 yr. old son and i got it assembled in approx 1 hr. I understand that it says no seasoning of the griddle is needed, but I did it anyway. Threw down an entire breakfast for its first use. Nothing stuck nothing burned. You can control the temperature of the griddle really well and have different zones for different items that you're cooking. Super easy cleanup I bought the scraper threw a little bit of water down scraped it down into the grease trap, easy. I was extremely happy with the first use, extremely happy with the quality, the fit and finish, and with the overall product. I bought the cover for it, make sure you buy the correct cover for the 36 inch slate. I bought the one it recommended, and it was the wrong size, but Weber's making it right they're getting me the correct cover for my griddle. I'm glad I waited for 36 inch Weber Slate and didn't go with them other guys. You will not be disappointed.

This griddle is massive!! Lots of room to cook several dishes at once as well as lots of prep and storage space. It is very heavy for long term durability.

All I can say is WOW!! Thank you Influenster and Weber for giving me an opportunity to use and review such a mind blowing griddle!! This griddle is absolutely unbelievable and a must have for every home! It has a MASSIVE griddle top with 756 square inches of carbon steel that's rust resistant with plenty of space to cook all your favorite foods for the whole family. It has all the bells and whistles you could ever need from storage, XL side tables for food prep, grease slots with XL drip pan, hinged lid with wind guards to ensure perfect cooking temperatures, built in temperature gauge and 4 independent burners for different surface temps. I have owned and used many grills and griddles this is by far superior to all of them. If you are in the market for a griddle DEFINITELY give this a try you will not be disappointed! Weber customer for LIFE!!

All I can say is WOW! This griddle is Absolutely Unbelievable! I was speechless when I received this from Influenster! This griddle is MASSIVE and top of the line! We have owned many grills and griddles over the years and this one is superior to all of them. This 36" Carbon Steel Rust Resistant griddle is a BEAST with 756 square inches of cooking space! It took my husband and I just under an hour to assemble this professional setup. Every piece we took out of the box we were amazed by the quality and craftsmanship. Super easy to move this stunning griddle around after assembly on the huge caster wheels. The possibilities are endless with the delicious food you can create with this griddle. For our first meal we went with a family favorite smash burgers, hotdogs and toasted buns! With the 4 burners and built in temperature gauge it was easy to cook our burgers on high, buns and hotdogs on low with all our food finishing at the same time. The built in temperature gauge and wind guards helped to maintain the perfect temperature! Living in the south the huge hinged lid that is easy to open and close is worth its weight in gold! With the high winds and pollen that we are currently fighting the HUGE lid saved our flames from going out and kept the pollen out of our food!! Clean up was a breeze with the built in grease slots and XL drip pan! Product comes with a 5 year warranty and is truly worth the investment. If you are in the market for a griddle DEFINITELY give this a try you won't be disappointed!!

I was one of the lucky ones to place an order as soon as it became available, and I must say… wow. It was worth the wait since the Slate line-up was announced, especially if you have a big family or entertain frequently. It is a joy to cook breakfast on this, having everything on at the same time with its large surface: beacon, pancakes, egg rings, and English muffins. It lives up to the Weber name, being built like a tank with high quality accessories as well. The only thing I wish it came with would be screws or fasteners for the side tables metal sheets to hold them in place better, especially when they are folded. Other than that, it was also relatively easy to build. With one person, it was a bit of a challenge, but with two people it shouldn't take more than an hour. Looking forward to smash burgers today!

I received this Weber Slate 36" Griddle complimentary from "Weber " and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. Let's start off with the packaging, it's around 270lbs packaged and shipped to your desired location. Weber did a wonderful job packaging this Griddle as everything was in prefect shape. Building this griddle was very easy as it only required a Philips screw driver and a helper for some lifting. The instructions were spot on with very helpful photos that made this build a complete success! I ended up seasoning the griddle with the provided instructions. The Heat stayed on the griddle and didn't transfer anywhere else on the griddle making it very safe! If you're looking for a quality built griddle to feed the whole family look no further than this rust resistant Slate Griddle from Weber!

Wow!!! I have no words for what I received from Influenster! I have lots of BBQs so I wasn't super excited but then we began putting it together and realized it is a GIANT griddle! OMG!! You can cook almost anything on this! We cooked sliced potatoes, steaks, and onions all at the same time and they were amazing. No seasoning of the griddle required but I did wipe it down before use. The griddle is massive and weighs a ton! This is like a professional set up! I am in shock what an amazing product. It comes with a 5 year warranty! This is a class act griddle all the way! It cost $1,000 but will probably last a lifetime! I would highly recommend if you throw parties or have a family Iike we do! I can cook everything at the same time and save time! This is a heavy duty griddle not cheaply made at all. This is probably the best griddle I have ever seen and will ever own!!! Just amazing!!! Quality, quality, quality!!! It took about an hour to put together. Needed two people as the top and griddle were super heavy. Easy directions and easy to use!! Thank you for this product!!!!!!❤️

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
