Napoleon PRO 22 Inch Charcoal Kettle Grill W/Cart - Black - PRO22K-CART-3

Did a ton of research before purchasing the Pro22 w/cart model, and really happy with the final decision. Still getting used to the temperature settings, which will take time to master. I also purchased the grill cover, drip trays, cast iron reversable griddle, and charcoal baskets for indirect cooking. The griddle covers most of the grille, which is great, as I am not a big fan of charcoal black marks on my food (not the healthiest to eat that). Easy to clean up as well. Overall, 5 stars to this great kettle.

Awesome machine with great performance build quality is great , assembly is not clear from the factory booklet so it will take guesswork specially on the leg placement, another quirky part are the clips that hold the ash collector to the bottom crate , had to modify it quickly since it will fall off everytime the crate is moved ( Napoleon please fix) controlling temperature will take practice , bottom vent will move without any interference keep an eye on it , thermometer is taking on moisture but will keep an eye out for damage. Overall very satisfied, also have a Kamado Joe so not a novice.

I was overjoyed to receive the Napoleon Professional 22' Charcoal Kettle as a Christmas gift. While I was unpacking the rather large box, carefully removing each component, dreaming about all the delicious foods I would cook on my new Napoleon. I could not have been happier. But, that feeling of elation would soon change when I got to the bottom of the box. I was devasted to find the cast iron grate shattered in pieces. Finding the cast iron grate in pieces gets one to question putting this product on a wish list. It gets one to think about the overall quality of the product. You would think the product engineers would have developed a better box to minimize stresses on the grate during shipping. As it stands today, I have a kettle but no grate. I do, however, have a case number from Napoleon customer service, wherein they promised to ship a replacement grate in a month or two. Until then, I cannot fully review the Napoleon Professional 22' Charcoal kettle, and my dreams of grilling on my Napoleon are on hold along with a favorable review.

This is an absolutely amazing grill. This is my second "Kettle" style charcoal grill and by far the best. The construction is sturdy, sleek and feels like it will last forever. The cast iron grates are an absolute game changer over stainless steel. They provide a much better sear and cooking experience. Adjustable airflows at the top and bottom really help with dialing in the temperatures you want. Lastly the hinged lid is such a luxury to have instead of trying find where to put a life or risk burning your arm sliding it into a side spot like competitors have is something I couldn't live without now!

Overall, I am very pleased with the grill. The assembly was straightforward for 1 person and it looks to be very good quality. However, my side table came dented in a couple of places. Since this is a new model, the only options offered were to disassemble and return to the store, or a credit for accessories. They said since it is a new model, no spare parts are available. I asked if I could wait until they were and the answer was no. So now I have a shiny new grill with a dented side table that it appears Napoleon won't ever make right just because of timing. Doesn't seem like a great warranty system….

Great grill for fast start up and charcoal cooking. I use a big green egg also, and the Napoleon creates fantastic food at less than half the price.

I have been wanting a charcoal grill for a while, so I was so excited to receive this. It did take a while to set it up but the directions s were pretty straight forward. It heats up quickly and evenly. I made steaks and baked potatoes on it and they were amazing!! I'm definitely excited to try more with it. The only thing is I wish it came with a cover! I keep it out on my porch but it would be nice to have a cover for the winter when I'm not using it as much! But I can just use another grill cover! It's also the perfect size for me! I don't fix huge meals. Usually just me and a couple friends! This would work well for single or small family!

I absolutely love this grill. It has so many great features and doesn't take up a ton of space. We have even taken it to the lake and grilled out on the beach a few times. The quality is way above any other charcoal grill I've ever used. It cooks food evenly and is so easy to use. It's extremely durable as well so I can tell this is gonna be my favorite grill for years to come.
