been waiting for my old grill of 15 years to finally fall apart so i could replace with a Weber. chose this model/style as it was similar in size to previous one… it was at a decent pricepoint I could justify. i like the quality and solid construction as well the option to replace parts in the future. plenty of accessories to work with… i added a half griddle so i can combo different cooking styles. very impressed with quality and performance so far. this thing can heat up to 500-600 degrees in no time.

The new version is poor quality compared to the 7 year old Weber we just replaced the new one with. We've only had this a few weeks and used it about a dozen times. Despite keeping it covered when not in use, parts on the inside like the flavorizor bars already appear rusted. Regardless of how low I keep the flames, the grill runs ridiculously hot (600+ degrees registering) and flares so much. Much more than the grill we just replaced, which flared more as it aged and did not have this new technology they boast reduces flare ups. Weber used to be good. I should have gone with my instincts and looked for something better. Everything about this new grill feels cheaper than the old one and the performance does not match their claims. Consider a different brand.

New grills tend to run hotter due to the interior surfaces being extra-reflective. We recommend turning off one of the burners to reach lower grilling temperatures for now. We apologize for any inconvenience! Flavorizer Bars rust naturally due to the elements they encounter during use. They are designed to provide an outstanding performance for many years. It is normal to see the Flavorizer bars incinerate grease on contact; this provides smokey flavor for your food. If you are seeing persistent flare-ups, try scraping them to remove excess grease residue. We stand by the quality of our products and we care about your satisfaction. Liked ease of starting the 330. Replace member mark which had more features but just rested to were it was no longer safe to use. Price of grills has doubled in price with less features.

Seems very durable. Consistent results. Model differences are a bit confusing, still not sure why I don't have the gas gauge built in but it's not a dealbreaker.

Best grill ever. I have owned a lot of grills in my lifetime.. I am a person who grills all seasons, even when it's snowing outside.. I have been waiting a long time to afford this grill it was my dream grill. I wish I would of got it sooner.

Grill was easy to assemble. Took about 2 hrs but I went slowly making sure i didn't skip anything. Directions are clear and easy to follow. Grill works great. Glad I got the storage area on the side. Helps to have more space and it takes up no additional standing room.

This grill replaced an older Weber that we had for many years. The difference is striking! It heats up fast, the temp gauge is accurate and it cooks everything perfectly. I didn't realize how bad our old grill was. We have not our purchased any of the accessories due to the high price, but would like to get the pizza stone at some point. The couple negatives are… the cost…it was expensive! It did not come with a propane gauge, so that had to be purchased separately, our old grill had a weighed type gauge. The door on the storage cabinet does not seem to close properly. They are minor I guess, the grill itself is great and perfect for our needs.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
