I bought this grill as an upgrade over my Spirit II e-210 as I needed more grilling area. It was easy to assemble using the Bilt app. I have owned Weber and non-Weber grills and this is by far the best grill I have owned. The sear zone heats up quickly and delivers high heat. I have used this grill 3-4 times a week and it has performed well every time. The storage area has proven very useful for accessories I purchased. I am looking forward to using this grill for many years.

I should have bought Weber years ago, instead wasted my money on the big box store parking lot specials. The parts rust out within a year. Finally talked myself into a Weber and what a difference. Just spend a little more, you get what you pay for.

We recently purchased our grill and soon realized one of the knobs would not move. Called customer service they sent out a new panel. The instructions were not in English. After another call a service man made an appointment to come to our home to fix it. It was a quick turnaround it was fixed and we are enjoying it now.

The new burner ( blue flame) system is great. Also, the sear burner works well making Perfect Steaks. Made first Pizza on the pizza stone, turned out great. Whole chickens perfectly done and juicy. Just sit back and relax, while your grill does all the work. Recommend the E-330

Overall the grill seems sturdy, but it's hard to know because multiple pieces showed up with bent in metal bars. Customer service replaced them as out of the box damage, but "expedited shipping" still takes 7+ days. I've had the grill for two weeks, and still haven't been able to set it up fully and actually use it. Just very dissatisfied with the condition of the product and the failure to deliver on shipping promises.

1 month into ownership- did an amazing casting amount of research leading up to this purchase. It's got super solid construction. Holds heat well b/c of the thicker grill box and cover. Assembly was manageable, probably took 2 hrs. Has great heat distribution, and heats up quickly. It's the perfect middle grade grill. I didn't realize the foldout top rack is a separate purchase. Looking forward to expanding to the griddle insert in the future.

This is my second Weber grill - 1st one lasted only 14 years... I bought this for the 'sear burner' to get additional heat during Winter grilling, as well as to get a better sear on food. The optional ' Weber Crafted' options are a bonus to help with grilling, pizzas, and griddle foods that I had not tried much before. I got the E-330 for the extra storage for Weber Crafted items, and the compartment inside the side door is great for holding cleaning pads. The tong/spatula clips on the side tables are not as usuable as on my old Genesis Silver B - the overhanging side table covers the hooks.. Overall, very happy with the grill = hope it lasts for another 14 years!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
