I love the simplicity and performance I have come to expect from Samsung products. I can not overstate how happy I am with this purchase . Full sound spectrum accomplished with a extra helping of solid bass for those exciting cliffhanger moments. This replaced my older Samsung home theater head unit and tower speakers, which to my delight now fill the garage with music as I work on my classic 91 honda crx. I am beyond happy with my 65 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV! I am a movie lover, gamer, workaholic, and I set the bar (way!) up high when it comes to my TVs. Samsung did not disappoint in any area, whether you need 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Atmos Sound, or a picture that will ruin you for other TVs (you won't want to watch any but yours). I wanted a Samsung TV with a "theater at home" experience, well, I hit the nail on the head with this TV!! I love not only its size but everything that comes with it. The sound quality is great, the picture is super smooth, less bright when I need it, and adjusts by itself when my room becomes darker. I can pair all my devices in an easy-to-use smart interface with a great selection of apps. I have a pleasant experience when I'm gaming. Overall, I am super happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Picture quality is beautiful. I also paired my TV with a Samsung sound bar and the initial results were mixed. Lots of feedback when trying to set up Q-symphony. I ultimately had to perform a factory reset (Samsung support recommendation) to get the tv and Soundbar to work together beautifully. I wish this model supported more ambient art.

This tv has a great image even in bright rooms, game mode is awesome and adds to the gaming experience. Q symphony is amazing when paired to a samsung sound bar and really elevates the experience. Overall this is one of the best tvs I've ever bought!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
