I have had this soundbar for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. The sound is great and I like that it is compatible with Smart things App. I can control it with my tv remote as well. Definitely would recommend it and I would totally buy it again or the upgraded version of it.

After not even a month of use the screen went out and Samsung did everything in their power not to just warranty a defective product. So far out of their way in the end they replaced everything but the legs that stand it up.

I am so happy with this purchase. I am a big supporter of samsung products in general, so I figured when I purchased the frame I would be pleased. That's an understatement! This is such a classy piece of wall art and I love that you have the choice of frame color and style. Definitely worth the price!

While it does have a great picture, be prepared to reset it every so often suddenly and for no apparent reason. Samsung techs gaslight you like this is normal TV behavior but none of my other TVs do it. Also does not pair with your cable or dish remote. If you were offered free Hulu or Paramount with your purchase, good luck redeeming it.

The TV display is absolutely incredible. But the user interface is terrible. Clunky, glitchy, laggy and inconsistent. For the price of this TV I was expecting it to operate better than the 2015 Vizo it replaced, but honestly the Vizo seemed to handle processing better. Alexa integration is terrible and there isn't even Google assistant! Bixby either is so sensitive that it activates for no reason or you have to literally scream to use it. So voice control isn't really a feature you can use. Something I could do mostly fine on my 8 year old TV.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
