My previous Samsung flat screen lasted nine years. This new one cost about half with many of the same features. I like the apps and Samsung TV+ because there's so little of interest on broadcast TV.

We are approaching 9 months of ownership, and haven't been disappointed in any way at all! The clarity, colors, ease of use, and features all contribute to an amazing viewing experience. Some of the features such as 'living wallpaper', 'tap view', 'Q-Symphony', and the 'SmartThings' app, all make ownership even more enjoyable and convenient. We paired this with a Q700C Samsung 3.1.2ch Wireless Dolby ATMOS Soundbar and were immediately drawn into a beautiful and immersive theater-like encounter. And by adding an Am@z0n 4K F1re$tick it unlocked amazing features and results! And don't even get us started on how mind-blowing it is to play XBox on this work-of-art!! Samsung is our go to for everything from appliances, to phones, to watches, to audio/visual. We are never let down, and are positive you wouldn't be either!

I love my new TV. I have wanted a QLED for a while and can say I am very happy with mine. I went from a 40 inch LED Samsung TV to a 55 inch QLED Samsung and I have really enjoyed the crisp clear picture. Although between the bigger screen and clearer picture detail I occasionally question if I really want to see every imperfection of the actor's skin but otherwise have no complaints about it. I have liked and enjoyed all of my Samsung TVs and I am really happy with this one.

The TV works fine. Clear and crisp pictures with excellent definition and color. The challenges I have faced are two fold: 1. At start up it automatically goes to the Samsung TV app necessitating changing the connected device every time!! 2. The programming of the "click throughs" is not intuitive at all. It took a great deal of time to locate the appropriates "settings" area to connect to an external antenna in order to pick up local TV viewing options.

I love Samsung TVs that's all I have and all my bedrooms only one problem I have with that the q65 to remote stopped working after 2 years and it kept shutting the TV down or don't turn the TV on at all so I had to use the app on my phone to get the TV to work but other than that I give it a four star

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
