The Samsung Q series is amazing! Everything I own is Samsung, as they are work horses, excellent quality, with all the bells & whistles. We have (2) QLED TV's, 80" and 65". The 80" is the newest and the picture quality is amazing, very clear, and almost looks 3D at times. We also have a Samsung soundbar that links up perfectly. In addition, I love the ability to download several apps, and enjoy casting from my phone music, etc to the TV. Love the ambiance mode too. User friendly and high quality at a great price point.

I bought this tv last year and the only issue is the sound goes out at times and i have to turn the tv off/on to get the sound working again. There are othwr geaturss that I have nof learned yet but other than that issue. I like my tv. I may be bias as I like samsung products.

This tv is a stunner!! It is absolutely beautiful and the colors are bright and they pop off the screen. So many compliments and I can say that I am totally 100% in love with this TV. L ife is awesome with the S90 in the living room and a Q80T 55 inch in the bedroom.

Everything about this TV screams QUALITY! The picture itself sold me! It's beautiful and doesn't feel "washed" like some other TVs do! The sound and picture are things I dream of! I never knew breakfest club could look this good! Not only that, but all the smart features just make it that much better! Being able to binge watch my favorite show and getting a notification that my washer is done on the TV is a life changer!

This device is pretty bad. It has not received updates for a full year to fix issues with it haunting apps. Spoke to tech services and the only fix they have is to power the TV off unplug it hold the power button and then plug it in. That repairs it temporarily, but isn't a fix. Options that could repair it without a reboot become greyed out when the TV hits this state.

This TV had a great image/quality, a fast user interface that doesn't require an add-on device like a firestick or Roku. Has all the needed apps. Model states a lot, it had a crystal clear display that makes scenery look real.

I've had my samsung TV since 2018 and not a single problem. Reliable amazing picture quality and sound. Throughout the years the movies we watch it still has great quality on the screen .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
