This TV is really poor quality, after the first 4 months the speakers stopped working properly and after 9 months the screen is just black turning on and off. I had cheaper brands such as VIZIO lasting for years and this Samsung TV stops working after 9 months

Pro: Great design, sound and volume. One remote controls speaker and television. Con: Have to reconnect speaker sometime. Would recommend this product for those in the market.

We just got it but have loved it so far. The picture quality and details on a movie that was filmed in 90s was amazing. Jurassic park, I couldn't believe it. Can't wait to explore the rest of the features. Definitely a samsung family for life.

Bought this TV back in November. Absolutely amazing picture, clarity you name it and it hasn't failed to disappoint. That is until recently. Whenever I try to use any console in any picture mode the screen will periodically go black for a few seconds and come back. Tried every fix under the sun to no avail. Any research on the topic has come back as this is a problem that's plagued Samsung tvs for years.

Please check the following, as it may help resolve this: 1. Check the external device. Make sure your console is running the latest firmware version. If possible, we also recommend connected another external device to check for similar issues. 2. Check the HDMI cable. Make sure to use a High Speed Certified HDMI Cable. This is the highest end TV I've ever owned it is incredible pick a quality is amazing crystal clear bright when going through the TV settings and navigating very smooth and fast very thin and light TV it's Samsung what's not to like Samsung is amazing I own everything Samsung pretty much I recommend this TV to a lot of people

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
