My family using the TV for streaming directly from the apps. We have loved being able to watch movies as well from the Samsung TV app. The picture is crystal clear. A little kid could operate and use. I enjoyed listening to the music channels and watching YouTube via of the television. Everyone in my family can operate it. Being able to download Samsung TV app on my phone has been a plus. We never miss a beat even while we are traveling.

Works really well, we use a small indoor antenna and stream movies, YouTube etc. It has all the apps pre -installed, I have a roku hooked up but don't use it, anymore. Samsung TV has a lot of content. Good Purchase!

This is the primary TV in the household, locate in the family room used for most viewing occasions. The TV works well and has not had any real issues. The biggest challenge is there is a lot of bright natural light during the afternoon hours that can washout the screen color and clarity, and/or result in a glare on the screen making it difficult to see what is being broadcast. I'm not sure if a higher-end model would address the washout or if that would happen regardless. I have installed blinds on all the windows in the room and pull them fully closed to minimize the glare, but it is still prevalent at times. That said, the TV provides a great picture when the natural lighting interference is not an issue - great clarity and color with no noticeable lag or shadowing for fast-moving content, e.g. watching sports.

The tv is a bedroom tv and using Direct Streaming the tv picture is great The down side is the tv remote does not work with direct guide I call Samsung for assistance and the young lady tried several things and she finally said you don't get those stations while she still had access to see my tv screen I showed her I did and she admitted the remote doesn't work with direct streaming you need a new/different remote and referred me to a different 1800 number which I was told be at the tv was new and under warranty I needed to call the customer service desk I just spoke with Unfortunately the problem has not been resolved after several months

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
