Tv is a really all round good tv with some nice features makes nfl nights and ufc nights amazing only part I would change is the laggy ui.

I purchased this TV in February 2024. Unfortunately, I feel I purchased a lemon. The motherboard has been replaced twice and the power board has been replaced once. The Samsung service technicians hung the TV by attaching only one side of the bracket with the last service call. Thankfully it didn't fall. In general, I remain hopeful it will work this time. All of the other Samsung TV's and soundbars have been excellent. This is atypical of Samsung

This has to be the biggest peice of junk samsung has ever produced. It is loaded with so much useless junk. You cant uninstall all the useless junk and they even have dedicated buttons on the remote for the useless junk. Did I mention the TV will not turn off? I have to physically plugin/unplug the TV every time I want to use it. I tried using the support functions on their website and end up in a constant loop of repair page sending me back to previous page only to send me to repair page... DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ANYMORE, I used to think they were great products, I have supported them for over 30 years, but I have to draw the line here. It feels like everything is released at about 75% completion. I then think maybe they will patch it to 100%, but Ive had this TV for almost a year and it hasnt been fixed. Im still trying to get someone to fix my TV, maybe this review will help although I doubt it.

After weeks of research and comparisons, I finally decided to take the plunge and purchase the Samsung QN850C. And wow, it was worth every penny. From the moment I turned it on, I was impressed by the image quality. The 8K resolution is simply amazing, every detail is seen with a clarity and sharpness that I had never experienced before on a TV. The Neo QLED technology is a marvel. The blacks are deeper, the colors are more vibrant, and the contrast is simply spectacular. Whether watching a movie, a series, or playing video games, the visual experience is immersive and realistic. The TV's design is elegant and minimalist, fitting perfectly into my living room. Additionally, the Tizen operating system is very intuitive and easy to use. I love how fast it responds and the large number of available applications. As for the sound, although the built-in speakers are good, I decided to complement it with a soundbar for an even more immersive experience. The combination is perfect. If you're looking for a high-end TV that offers the best image quality and an unmatched viewing experience, the Samsung QN850C is definitely an excellent choice. You won't regret it! What I like most: * Image quality: The 8K resolution and Neo QLED technology are impressive. * Design: Elegant and minimalist. * Operating system: Tizen is fast and intuitive. * Smart features: The Bixby voice assistant is very useful. What I like least: * Price: It's a significant investment, but worth every penny.

The colors look brighter, we see series and we play with it... the image is very good... although the sound leaves a lot to be desired... the paltions sometimes take a while to open.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
