Beautiful with 1 flaw

The picture is great when given a 4k source. The major flaw is the operating system. It's super buggy and slow. Roku is light years ahead of this tv and it's the most basic. This needs a major overhaul. Thankfully the tv is great on its own.

Stay away from Samsung, worst customer service!!!

Have had 2 Samsung TVs over the past 3 years, both broke. One was under Samsung warranty the other was a month past the warranty. The one under warranty was a nightmare to resolve, first trying to get it fixed (4 visits) with them replacing the same part all 4 times. You would think after 2 times you would replace a different part cause the part you kept replacing wasn't the issue. Then fighting for the refund with their customer service department was a complete joke. They lie and play games. My advice is stay away from Samsung if you can. Do your research before buying, check complaints and the BBB. I know all companies have issues but the dealings I had with Samsung were incomprehensible.

The best purchase of my life

This would be great if you ever have outdoor movies and shows. Your watching a baseball game and all of a sudden your ears love the sound of the speaker. Great for parties and very durable overall 100/10. LOVE U SAMSUNG

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
