It is worth the price

Very smart "smart tv" Has all the advaced features I was expecting What else can I ask for. Last Samsung TV lasted for over 10 yeaars. Fast access buttons on remote are handy. Very nice crystal clear picture Sound is amazing Will recommend others

Great TV with excellent sound.

Easy installation onto the wall and set up with a single wire attachment. It looks like a framed piece of art on our wall. The Picture is excellent and the sound quality is good enough that I don't think we will require a soundbar for our viewing needs.

Dynamite picture quality

the TV has a dynamite picture quality. okay very good sound quality. The hook up to external devices such as HDMIs and communication with the receivers lack some attention. having to re-recognize devices, time and time again. the TV doesn't always say passcodes for internet use.

The improvement over previous TV is astounding

I replaced a 10-yr-old plasma TV, that I thought had a decent picture. Boy, was I wrong! The new TV is so sharp, it's like looking out an open window. he colors and sharpness are amazing, and it has so many added features, like Netflix button, etc...

Love but a major flaw

What is not to love? The photo uploading is what ... The gallery options is what ... I LOVE the Frame, I LOVE the preloaded Disney Art but I do not love that you can only upload your photos into 1 main folder, then would have to favorite specific ones for a slideshow (and unfavorite the prior slideshow - each 1 at a time) - I expect better from a company like Samsung - I should be able to make individual photo albums like family vacation, Christmas, holidays whatever ... Also when starting a slideshow the settings should stick, if I turn off the TV it should power back on with the same art mode settings

Samsung TV

This Samsung tv has a really clear , crisp picture. Sometimes the sound is not as clear as other times . We plan on purchasing a Samsung sound bar to help. Also sometimes the streaming on Samsung plus takes a few more seconds to load than other apps. Not enough to be annoyed about. Other than that, it seems to be a great TV for the money.

Driving me Crazy!

I really want to give this television five stars: The picture is great, it was really easy to set up and looks really nice in my room. The reason I'm not is because it has the most annoying mechanical "voice" that is constantly saying everything I do with my remote and I don't know how to shut it off (I actually did turn it off but that ended up turning the sound off completely).

I love the quality of the picture. It is not comparable with others. I like also the menu of the TV. Compare to my previous tv that was sony, my new samsung is one step above sony regardingbquality and also performance

After initial turn on it was almost plug and play.

I customized the color adjustment to my eyes as all the other features were correct or ready to go after attaching the cords and associated cables (sound system, Roku, HTMI). The Smart feature allows me to watch over the air TV. Many of the streaming services are there at a push of the remote button The surround system seems to integrate much better as the sound quality is better than from my last set, surround -wise . Most of my viewing is broadcast TV. Some streaming movies and Youtube

Beautiful Picture

This TV is the best I have ever had. All the Pictures are Crystal clear . The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the sound will turn off sometimes and I need to unplug and start again. The sound does not go very loud but with a sound bar it is great. Also,I think it could be friendlier to the user but I am a bit challenged anyway. Overall I liked the TV so much I bought a second one. My husband loves watching the Games on it.

There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying if this happens again. 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
