Amazing image, great quality picture and features are simply excellent. 5 stars hands down. 65 inches feels even bigger with all the image being displayed around those 65 inches. Quickly being able to switch between apps with no lag.

Picture is perfect but sound has to be turned up to 75% to get normal volume. I have done the reset to factory setting and every adjustment to no success. I Google this problem and find many people having same problem. My Samsung 50" 4K doesn't have this issue . I don't want to return but may have to. Help!!! Issue is there on cable hdmi and streaming.

Hi Rogersad, Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. If you continue to have issues, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. I've had this TV for about 2-4 years now and it's been great ever since. It's great for gaming because everything runs super smooth. Overall it's a great tv, graphics are great, sounds are great, and the speed of the tv itself is great!

All used for all except for gaming. I am sure that feature is great as well. I am just not a gamer. I have owned other brands and none of which comes close to the performance and quality ofALL products in the Samsung family. The speed and layout of applications stands far above all other brands. I purchased my 55 crystal (I also picked up a 23" for my parents same time) I had (55) installed directly flush in my wall (flush! In wall!) It is totally custom. All my friends and family are so impressed at the stylish modern yet classic edges. Pictures on all my devices are bar none. I have owned and used all Samsung products for years. I would say Samsung electronics are the benchmark of all in their classes. I love my 55 and plan on pursuing another same size. Perfect addition in my "ma n cave" keep it up Samsung. I recommend any of your products to all. Keep it up. Peace.

Samsung is a outstanding product! Has all you need in a state of art modern TV. Love the style and resolution. Would highly recommend! Great TV for the money. Go and get one! Lol and that's all I have to say about that!

I am super happy with this TV. It has been a great purchase! It has literally the cleareat most amazing picture ive ever seen on a TV. The smart features are convienent. When the remote seems to be missing, no problem just have to have my phone around and all is good!

I love Samsung's smart tv, it has all the apps I need, and works with my favorite streaming services. The new thin style remote is easy to use and makes navigation a breeze. The screen is clear and bright. Great tv.

Great picture connection is easy breezy love the Samsung tv plus everything is s at your fingertips for streaming I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger and bought it. It replaced my 48" which I move to the bedroom and my 42" to the guest room

This tv is great i have it on my porch for outdoor tv viewing. So happy with the purchase. It stays outside in a case and is so easy to put up and take down its great for sports and movies. Set up bluetooth speakers too

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
