Samsung has never let me down on picture and audio quality before and they did not disappoint with this TV at all. I love the SMART Functions for the sound, that allow the TV to get louder/quieter depending upon the sound in the room. So great for ultra loud commercials! Same with the SMART lighting Function, I like to keep my curtains open and the TV will adjust for the extra light in the room. The only negative thing I would say is, I wish the remote came with like a slide out keyboard on it for searching the web, movies, and other apps. Like the old phones lol. It could work. Strong 4 1/2 stars all day, I 💜 my Samsung!!!

From family entertainment to work presentations, I've found my Q7 to be the most versatile product in my home. Watching movies and playing games on my Samsung's picture perfect image gives great dimension to what ever is displayed. The screen is big enough to entertain a crowd on game nights and yet provides an intimate experience for date night. I truly enjoy the quality and user friendly interface with easy setup and adaptability with other audio peripherals .

We use the soundbar for everyday television, DVDs and Streaming We love that you are able to connect external Bluetooth devices with ease with crystal clear sound. Also enjoy that the all in one takes up minimal space and you arent having to hunt down a million cords.

Our family is over the moon about every Samsung appliance we have preferably the TV's. It always feels like the best movie experience right in our own home. The definition and clarity are spot on. Feels like we're in the scene with the actors. The sound quality is perfect. Channel sound doesn't go in and out on certain shows and commercials. Samsung streaming channel's are everything I didn't know I needed. I'm very happy with the channel and network selections provided on all the TV 's. There are various options of educational channel's and as a Teacher, I absolutely love that. Needless to say, we're very happy with all our Samsung's!

I upgraded to this tv off of the tu7000 crystal uhd i got back in 2020 and this tv has been used every day since I got it. I've had no issues and it is amazing for movies and gaming, highly recommend this product if you are serious about your movies and TV or gaming.

Replaced a 7 year old 43" Samsung that was getting a hot spot and I am loving this new Samsung. I have now purchased 4 Samsung TVs from 36" to 80+"!!!

This soundbar has really powerful output that I usually keep it between 20% and 30% volume. I got the 9200S rear surround speakers to go with it. However, the surround output is much weaker. It needs to use Smartthings app to have access to setup, but there is not much options available. I could not adjust the surround volume for instance. The bluetooth connection is good and I don't notice any delay. It works well with laptops, tablets, phones, and a turntable.

We use On line TV streaming services. They were very easy to install and navigate on this TV. We get a great picture even on old shows my husband likes to watch. Color and definition are great. Easy to see from any area of room. Can mount on wall or put on stand. We have ours on a corner stand. It is very streamlined and looks good. We are very happy with our purchase. We have an older Samsung TV in our bedroom which has been great and still works well.

Worthwhile replacement for old tv. For the price it suits our needs (watching movies, tv, some light gaming). Not the sharpest picture or the clearest sound but if you're a light to intermediate user it's well worth it.

I use my TV for streaming, gaming and movies. The slim design makes it fit perfectly on my wall. The graphics when you're watching movies or sports and also playing games makes you feel like you're actually involved. I love the slim remote control because it fits perfectly in my hand and also how I can control my TV with my phone as well. The audio is crystal clear and it's not muffled like other brands are and I bet it'll sound even better once I hook my surround sound system up to it. I love the movie theater experience it gives when you're watching the latest releases, I wish it was in 3D or had 3D capabilities. Buying this TV was a great decision and it doesn't disappoint and I can't wait to explore all that it has to offer.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
