My sound bar is used on the regular. My sound bar is also auto connect able with my Samsung Z Flip phone which is convenient instead of reconnecting daily. Mainly my bar is used for movies,gaming and music mainly. My favorite of all is my music. It just sounds better on the TV and the sound bar increases the actual sound of the songs also giving the video visuals a better experience when tuned in to the music streaming world.

I use my Samsung TV for gaming streaming hdmi to my phone it auto detects what device I'm using and also has easy and quick Bluetooth set up best TV I've ever owned I enjoy this product as well as my Samsung sound bar

The Frame is a classy piece of Art and Technology. The tv looks great whether it is on or off. No one who have visited us have known that it was a TV and would ask where did you get that painting. We have also subscribed to the art gallery which is well worth the money. It sits so flush to the wall. Mounting is as easy as mounting a painting on the wall. The power and data cable combined adds to the beauty and convenience of the product. No need to drill through walls to conceal it. It's literally invisible. The streaming performance UI and the picture quality is great. As good as any other Samsung qled. I want to buy another bigger frame on my way to saving for the bigger frame TV. Extremely satisfied with the product. Adds a classy touch to any room.

Great software capabilities with a good sections of applications. Like the Samsung TV and the ability to add applications off your choice. But disappointed with the picture quality. I expected crisp colors and brighter jump at you picture. Even display HD videos not that impressive. Maybe my next TV will get that.

I am inlove with my samasung television I am able to watch different programs as in tubi and Netflix and I also have my own type of cable when I am connected with my wifi I paid a excellent price and this television has the best graphics when it comes to the ps5 also.

Unclear picture we tried many times to adjust the picture sitting to have a nice picture but all are disappointed because we thought it will had a nicer picture

Hi Rawan, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your CU7000 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen. Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity: 1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing. 2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box. 3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD. 4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings 5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode. I found it vary annoying to setup TV with registering for this , that, etc. Can't I just turn on my TV and have it work? I find the TV poor for viewing alot of sports. The Red is "blown out" meaning it is just too bright. I have viewed 2 two foot ball games that had teams with orange uniforms and they are blow out as well. I have also seen dark blue uniforms on hockey teams that look nearly black. I don't think that Samsung has a handle on their software for color rendition.

You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings). Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
