This will allow you to control your soundbar as you would with the provided remote, but with the added advantage of seeing what changes you make on your device. To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: ADAPTIVE SOUND, DTS VIRTUAL:X, MUSIC, GAME, STANDARD. When you press the SOUND MODE button it will change to the different modes in the above order. You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the TONE CONTROL button. sound is bad

I bought this high dollar TV about a month ago and the sound really sucks. Picture is great. Bought a Sony sound bar to make up the difference and now every time I pause or fast forward there is about a 3 to 4 second delay in audio this really sucks. No one seems to have a fix in this day and age of electronics. My old Pioneer Plasma puts this TV's sound to shame.

trex, We appreciate your feedback on the lip sync issues you’re experiencing with your QN90C TV. This could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay Our 2023 TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. Good sound, buggy features

I paired my s60b with a bass and satelite soeakers and jse it with a samsung s60b, wify keeps changing between 2.4 and 5ghz and this breaks the connection and forces you to use HDMI, which has its own troubles like echo or delay when using atmos/tv+soundbar

Hello Jesseseg, Thank you for sharing your experiences with the HW-S60B Soundbar. I am sorry to see that you are having issues with your Wi-Fi Connection. Depending on your Wi-Fi router, you might be able to manually place your Soundbar on a single Wi-Fi Band. This will keep your router from trying to switch the Soundbar back and forth between the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands. If your Soundbar is still experiencing issues, follow the steps below. Try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Next, update the firmware on your soundbar. You can download the firmware directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-S60B under S Series. Download the update and install it via USB thumb stick to your soundbar. If you need additional help, there are how-to instructions on this page. Please know that Samsung Customer Service is here to assist as well. If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. The LED display changes as follows: White moves from left to right and right to left, and the middle LED blinks Cyan 3 times. Then the middle LED will blink RED and turn off. Should you ever have questions or need help, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars), available 8 AM – 12 AM EST, 7 days a week. Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
